My guess is Howie and Lurie embracing analytics led them to embrace a fangio bend but dont break defense which has led to us watching the eagles bend and break way too often.

No to a 2025 draft QB, this draft will suck with QBs.  Have to hold off 1 more year and pay the piper to move up to get Manning if he hits in 2026. If we keep playing like this we won't have to move up much. 

Raiders weren't at full strength and Minshew got it done.

I imagine they thought our offense would be boat racing the opposition and we merely needed a competent defense that plays well with a lead.

It's too late for that anyway, wasting a bunch of resources drafting a QB in 25 that won't work out is doing longer damage. These 2025 qbs will be simular to drafting one of the 2021 qbs Lawrence, Lance, Wilson, Fields and Jones. 

Philosophical question: If Sirianni gets fired and Fangio is named head coach and assumes no influence on the offense or defense does that technically count as a promotion or demotion? 🤔

I don’t know if they’ll completely start over again with drafting another QB. I’d keep an eye out for a trade. Someone like Bryce Young who they might try to resuscitate and Howie loves his discount bin former first rounders.

It would give a chance on Kenny Pickett before they trade for Bryce young. Young is an absolute disaster which most of the people on this board knew before he was drafted.
