Has lead the league in turnovers since our superbowl, so that includes the 10-1 stretch as well meaning it's not a short stretch, but over a season of turning the ball over at an unreasonable pace with an all star team around him. He's always had a fumbling problem (9 a year) but has always recovered them up until now.  I know everyone thinks because lane smitty and aj are going to come back this will go away, but they have been on the field for over 90% of it anyway. There's a fundamental flaw in his game atm. Hoping he figures it out. He truly only needs to distribute the ball in this offense and would be a top tier qb every year

Reminds me of when Vick was here.  All he needed to do was learn how to slide and protect the ball.

Like Vick, Hurts helps us win games.  But at the same time, contributes to the losses.

Very frustrating.

I read he has 25% of all QB redzone turnovers this season.  His run game is no longer a threat either- scramble is OK, but the designed runs are useless.

The league caught up to him and he doesn't have the speed to outrun defenders, even EDGEs.

If they decide to give Fangio the axe after this year, I wouldn't be against Saleh as a potential DC.

That said I feel like they're enamored with Fangio so I'm not holding my breath on that one.

I wonder how much of that is Sirianni's initial influence.  If Siri goes, I think they will move on from Fangio style defenses.

I bet Rodgers is happy, he hated him since he signed there.

They're basically catering to a 40 year old QB. It's why trading for him was a mistake I said it then. They were a building team that got impatient and tried to fast forward their timeline with that trade. Building doesn't work that way. They weren't ready yet and can't admit that to themselves.

Don't forget to add that Rodgers is an A-1 dingus.

Graham has had an incredible story throughout his Eagles career. I don't think anyone would have seen this coming back in 2012/2013

How did they get impatient? They tried a top 5 pick in Wilson and that didn't pan out so they went the other route.

Saleh had a winning percentage of 35.7%. Dude stunk as a HC

They tried to undo their mistakes at QB - first with Darnold, then with Wilson.

Geez.  We are -8.5 over the Browns.

I could accept sacking NovaCare if we lose.

This is an easy win or at least it should be.

Hopefully, we can finally win a game by 2+ scores.

I would have thought Rittenhouse as the OC.

They'd run a bunch of shotgun and pistol.

We've been playing bend but don't break since Chip got canned, it isn't the head coaches. it's Howie and Lurie.

Nah Rittenhouse for DC, they'd kill a few players but those guys were running at them really fast and they genuinely feared for their safety.

how much of the jets good defence was salah and how much was ulbridge?

There is no such thing as an 'easy' win for this team.

Jim Schwartz' defense is not the Fangio style.

Have we been spoiled?   The last 10-12 games the team has been dreadful to watch.

Spoiled?  The team constantly tells how they are the standard by which other teams are measured, they tell us how great they are.  They tell us that the are the cream of the crop of the league.  And what have we seen since 2010?   Mediocrity for the most part with 2 outlier seasons... 2017 they caught lightning in a bottle, only to regress to the mean.  2022 they almost caught it again, then immediately have regressed to the mean.

They seem to be an average, or slightly above average team that can get lucky, but aren't really much more than that.  They are a one or two games over 0.500 team, mostly because the league as a whole isn't very good, so they can feast on some bad teams.  In 2022, they really did feast on bad teams to get where they ended up, including the playoffs.  In retrospect, if Purdy AND Johnson don't get hurt, I do wonder how that game ends.  As the years go by, I have a harder and harder time convincing myself that the Eagles were actually the better team.   And yet, they were a hair's breadth from winning the Super Bowl despite all that... which really just shows the parity of the league.  The NFL got what it wanted and the Eagles are the quintessential example of that.   They are basically a mediocre team that can spike up and surprise us with a season when everything goes well, or injuries don't derail them.  But, they aren't head and shoulders above any team.   In 2017, they really were.  Their QB play elevated them above the rest of the league, first with Wentz, and then with Foles' hot streak.  But, that is what separates teams in the NFL.   Our QB play has been a bit erratic, and the record has followed.

Yup.

Niners defense under Saleh was pretty good before he got the jets job.

If we lose to the Browns you need to fire Sirianni

I have a feeling if they didn’t do it with the bye week giving an interim time to get ready, they’re not likely until we’re mathematically eliminated or the end of the season.

Definitely wouldn't mind Saleh for Dc
