Between Baun, Dean and White we got 1 good LB, 1 below-average LB and 1 non-playable player. Par for the course.

I'm more happy that this frees up a roster spot for a player who can actually help us.

Not that it comes as a major surprise but the agreeing to terms is enough evidence for me that he never took the benching well and was purposely trying to get out through various different ways. Good riddance.

Except that roster spot will likely go to Ainias Smith who should have been cut instead of wasting a return from IR spot on.

What a joke. Should've just signed Van Ginkel. He would've transformed the defense. Fits the scheme to a T, we have his previous coordinator that molded him for the scheme upper management and the coach so desperately need to have for whatever reason, but nope! I disagree.... they mutually agreed on the terms for release and it's clear that this was in the works and not a surprise for him. He actually did the Eagles a solid.
