Confusion, OL tackling the RB, and Hurts 50/50 floaters.

Team isn’t ready. Yes Hurts sucks too right now but immediate blame on Nick not having them prepared. How are AJ and Hurts not in sync on 2nd play of game with 2 weeks to prepare running scripted plays?
