Thought Hurts played a good game, made quick decisions, spread it around a little and most importantly didnt turn it over. Having both Brown and Smith back helped a lot.  Moore called a better game as well.  Liked trying to attack the edges more in the run game.  They still need to be better running inside.  If Mailata misses a significant amount of time, Becton should go to LT and bring in Steen at OG.

The defense is still a work in progress but Fangio pressed a lot more and sent some pressure.  Dejean showed some promise.  Nolan Smith had a good game.  Ojomo played really well in the 1st half.  Fangio has to get Dean out there.  He is horrible tackling and is definitely the weakest link.  Give Trotter Jr. a shot already.  

Saints looking like crap after coming out of the gate this season on fire, the Eagles win against them not looking so impressive anymore

Id still fire Siri he had nothing to do with the win.

Defense was very good, though this was probably one of the weakest offenses they'll face all year.

They're going to lose against better teams, lose the division and probably not make the playoffs. They need to fire Nick, and to do that Lurie has to see them have a losing season and believe Nick lost the team.

To do that Lurie should have just watched the antics on the sidelines at the end of this game.   Nothing the fans scream at you on the field should have you answering back while the game is going on, even if its just time to kneel on it.   Inexcusable.

This I agree with, because Brown is REALLY good at using his body to shield the ball.  He boxed out and played it beautifully, no doubt about it.

We’re likely not going to play against a worse QB, a more depleted line and a team down to like their 4th RB.

I don't know how anyone can  feel good about that game, but Nick better be thanking AJ for saving his Job for another week. Wash and Dallas destroyed this team and NYG beat them 21-15 with Jones putting up 250yds w/ 2TD on them. It's a win, but this team don't feel right.

Even crappy teams can find a way to get 9 points even against good defenses.

Leadership matters.   By him doing that, it gives license to any of them to do the exact same thing.  And one of them WAS doing the exact same thing during the Saints' game, IIRC, and Sirianni had the audacity to try to tell him to knock it off.  

It's not so much about how it makes the players feel, its more about holding them accountable when they do the wrong things, on the field, off the field, etc.   BUT, if he's going to act like that, while the game is going on, then he's lost all credibility to do so.  He's not an adult.

Defense is still really bad. They may have looked and played ok today, but that was probably the worst offense they will face all year. Once the Browns got a little momentum, the D looked the same as in previous games. They were lucky the Browns self destructed in the red zone on their last drive. Idk, but this defense won’t stop a lot of average to good offenses. We’re just a bad team. Hard to say it; as I had hopes for this season.

 

And Nick Sirianni is a joke and clown! He should not be coaching a professional football team!
