He ran by the QB, after lowering his shoulder with his arm tucked in, and bounced off... then he came back after he was already being wrapped up by Carter(? maybe).  He had a good game, but this team's tackling still sucks.  We've seen guys go for the big hit on QBs, only to not wrap and they bounce off and complete a play against us.   Wrap.  Every.  Time.

I think Nolan Smith had a better game today.

but man, imagine if we got Brian Branch to pair with Quinyon Mitchell & DeJean. Our secondary would be so young, talented, and cheap.

the other guys got first dibs, and DeJean still ended up with the best tackling position out of all of them.

I disagree, he made contact first, then came back.  I was watching specifically to see if he was wrapping on the reverse angle replay.  He didn't on the initial contact.

I know he didnt on the first one. But Carter had the QB high and DeJean still got in there textbook wrapped around the waist to help bring him down.

Wow, Detroit is trolling Dallas.

Lateral to the OT?!  🤯

That Ben Johnson reaction is becoming a meme very soon.

I wanted that play to work so badly. 😂

Not sure why the Lions are pulling these trick plays out at this time of the game. Should be saving them for a game later on in the season where it's needed.

Why are the Lions playing starters and getting cute up 30? You already lost your best defensive player for the year.

What Detroit is doing to Dallas is hilarious

also, fire Sirianni so we can get this Ben Johnson guy

😂 hysterical what there are doing to the Cowboys really. I get why they were upset, but the guy was downfield 5 yards.

Because F Dallas.

Because F Dallas, that’s why. 😂

Or... to put them on film to make other teams worry about them.    But, I've gotta say, the hook and lateral to the OT is a new one for me.   They are trying to go pure rugby at this point and any player could end up with the ball in their hands at this point.

Such shame that the center couldn't find someone to block and drifted down field.   That play was just so well designed and executed (other than the C).

What’s the difference between a vitamin and a hormone?

They must still be pissed about the way the game ended last year.

thats not really true. you make a vitamin when you are in the sunlight.

Dallas isn't just losing at home this year, they are being embarrassed at home.

Funny to see them zoom in on Johnson on the sidelines still fuming about that illegal man down field call and only getting 3 to make the score 40 - 9!   .  That's what I want in my coach, not turning his attention to the crowd when he feels the game is over... when its not.
