Not really.   Over reliance on it, especially for 1st downs on a down other than 4th is very easy to complain about.    People act like the regular QB sneak isn't just about as effective as the push.   .  AND... you can easily run wrinkles off the sneak, there's almost nothing you can run as a wrinkle off the push, because everything is way too compacted.
