I figured he'd have a few more years. He was more mobile than Brady and Peyton but he seemed to protect himself pretty well

The Eagles are releasing wide receiver Parris Campbell ahead of Sunday’s game against the Bengals. Glenn Erby of Eagles Wire reports.  This acording to Jordan Schultz.

The former Ohio State wide receiver signed with Philadelphia during free agency but was released at the end of the preseason and signed to the practice squad.

The Eagles have Ainias Smith and Albert Okwuegbunam ready to return to the lineup, while Britain Covey is set to come off injured reserve.

Him, Travis and Tay tay are going to be the three best friends that anyone could have

He got in the game against the Giants during garbage time. Seemed okay.

 

Titans just traded for this guy with a 5th/6th round pick swap and then flipped him for a 4th a few games later.

He seems very happy to have mediocrity at the skill positions and just trust his OL and QB to raise their level and trust his ability to scheme to carry the play.  It works in KC, because Mahomes is truly a 'tide raiser' and can elevate all around him.   McNabb was very good, but wasn't that guy, and couldn't raise their level enough to carry them the same way.   

 

As a roster builder, Reid devalues the skill positions.   And when you have a transformative QB, aka, the best of his generation, you can get away with it.  When you have an above average to very good QB... you fall short in the end.

I don't think he devalues the sill positions. He's spent high draft picks on WRs and a RB. They just didn't pan out. (1st on Worthy and Edwards-Helaire, 2nd on Hardman, Rice, and Moore.)

My guess is he made a handshake agreement with Adams that he'll be there this year and next. I don't think Adams would have accepted a trade there if he knew he was only going to get less than a full season with Rodgers. 

Might actually be happening.
