How much personnel authority does Andy have? I thought Brett Veach is the primary personnel guy though I'm sure Andy has input.

Yeah... I was corrected.  He drafted WRs high here too.   And missed often.

 

As for the excuse of where he's drafting.... that would be a good excuse if the talent pool actually runs out... it does not.

They both have say but they still answer to the president of the team. Thats how it was the last i looked

I think this is more because he’s struggling getting plays set in time when not in hurry up.
