Hurts played so dumb that drive. Missed a wide open DG, had Brown on a cross, taking sacks.

Game could very easily be 24-12 if Dean picks that ball off or Hurts isn't a moron.

Im going to wait before I judge the team because I think it's going to take them several weeks before they are in sync, both sides of the ball.  That goes for most of the league.

But damn I'd like to see Hurts make quicker decisions.

Hey... he used a checkdown.  #Progress?

After 6 seconds but yea at least he used it. Maybe he'll use it more now seeing he got 4ish yards out of it

Sirianni didn’t have this team ready. Dude isn’t qualified to run the local neighborhood ravioli food truck.

LOL

Everything bad is Sirianni, everything good is Moore.

Let's fire Sirianni already so we can see Hurts issues not magically disappear.

And the lack of chance on 3rd down is due to taking the sack rather than throwing it through the back of the end zone.

It’s honestly poor football IQ. Knowing you only have one timeout left. Throw it away and live to see another day. Even if he makes a move he was picking up maybe 1-2 yards. Not worth burning the timeout. Cause then second down or third down you can still use the middle of the field and call the timeout. And you still have a chance to get a touchdown. Instead it significantly hurt your chances

Has has had a couple nice passes, but he’s playing…at best…meh week 1 football.

We got this, very sad to see Nolan smith handled by te

Feeling good overall…expected rust / sloppiness.

They’re probably ahead of where I expected them to be.

Is Saquan hurt?

Or we'd be winning if Gardner-Johnson actually played safety properly, but Philly fans at this point are so biased that they don't talk bad about favorites. So Gardner-Johnson not being able to play safety at a basic level isn't going to be mentioned.

Down 2 after that first quarter?

Sign me up.

They were only down 6 as a result of that first quarter, that last drive was a massive missed opportunity to take control of the game.  The redeeming factor is that they start the second half.   So, they can take the lead before giving the ball back... but it would have been nice to be able to push it to 2 possessions with TDs on back to back drives there.

I’m glad she isn’t watching though.  Would have learned a few new words.

Packers are dropping 7 in coverage almost every play. The one time they didn't, they got burned by a quick out to AJ that turned into a 15 yard gain.

Ok going into half time…let emotions aside for a sec.  I’m not taking anything we see tonight into account till i see them on a real field next week.  I like that we are using a lot more motion, creative play designs, and that the inside zone is still 80% of the RB run game (and Saquon wasn’t bouncing).  Defense…well. See the field comments.  How this game was allowed to happen even before we saw this field is troubling.

Yep, that was bad too.

Sorry your feelings are hurt

Not the right situation to do it... but on 2nd and 21 in that spot, there wasn't really much chance of getting a TD on that drive.

Didn’t need preseason. Such a wise choice

I hate our defense so much. This Fangio ideology is trash

Down 2 after gifting them 6 points with turnovers and at least one offensive TD. 3 critical mistakes. Could argue positively or negatively on the halftime score based on your perspective.

Hurts was to blame for the interception but not the fumble. Taking the sack was also dumb. He had a great throw on the 4th down conversion and the TD.

Hurts looks identical to last season so far. Some good throws but overall just dumb, dumb football.

Siri last year: maybe I should play the starters in preseason, we'll look at that.

This year: nah, practice reps are enough.
