I actually liked seeing him run that one in. He earned it on that drive. He even threw a real pass to Smith! When he can be effective on the called runs, or even scrambles, it opens things up for his weak passing ability to become more effective.

No, you still have your 47 eligible but just from the 53.  If you elevate too often, you can't send them back down at a certain point.

Yes they didn’t elevate anyone but no to the second question. They would have had to deactivate two more players if they elevated two. But it seems dumb to dress Nick Gates but not have a 3rd TE.
