Wednesday at 03:10 PM5 days With the gutting of the VRA, long term (meaning likely within the next 3 years) here are the number of districts that could be gained by each party.

Because a lot of red states just don't have the population to do anything. Wyoming has 1 district and 2 Senators, which is in and of itself ridiculous. The likely end game here is that we end up roughly in the same state, only with a whole lot of people across the country with essentially no representation.

Most major news outlets are saying how big of a ruling this is for the GOP and you are in here like meh just a flesh wound. 🤣Went from flexing the muscles over VA to nothing burger really fast.

You're "long term the Dems are screwed line" is just not true. They can pick up districts if they have the will and the reason to (which they definitely do now). So, sure, the south can redistrict for '28 and NY alone can counter by handing 4 districts to the Dems.

Why would you think it wouldn't be one of the most important issues heading into the 2026 midterms?
