At the time of the signing? No. No one even knew who he was. White was the only ILB signing of significance. Baun was signed to be a pash rusher/special teamer, not a starting ILB. Vic saw something in him and switched things up and he took everyone by surprise.

Based on what? The same guy referenced in your tweet that Barkley is practicing, said the O line is too and they're not playing. What evidence do you have that Barkley and the O line are playing in the game Sunday?

Random thought -- we are relying on 3 rookies on defense, 2 substantially (Q and Coop). I really hope those 2 don't sniff the field - the rookie wall may not be as big a deal anymore, but they have both played a lot more football than ever before (certainly Q has). Let Anais Smith return punts. Hell, let Harris and Huff take most of the snaps and save Hunt as well.

I try to regulate my emotions regarding the Eagles like an inverted bell curve.  

They aren't going to play any of the starters. The only reason all of them aren't listed as doubtful is because they need to dress enough guys in case one of the 2nd or 3rd teamers get dinged and they have to put in a starter to finish the game.

I suspect the doubtful ones and out ones are based on their soreness and most need of rest and they just won't dress. The rest won't play but will be dressed just in case.

I think they can only elevate 2 practice squad players. It may make sense for them to bring up Charles Harris.  I think they have to bring up Hall because there's not much depth at DT if they want to rest Williams.  I could also see them bringing up Parris if they want to have 4 WRs dress for the game.
