Even $10 million doesn't seem like a lot to fully lock him in. It might be tough initially to join a team after June 1st, but he should be able to do it.

I can guarantee you whoever made the video drew their inspiration from the recent 28 Years Later movie trailer and not the original source od that clip.  I think the trailer uses it much better than the highlight video.

Over 10 million would put him close to a top 5 salary at the position.  Zaire Franklin got just over $10 million per year but had 4 seasons as a starting ILB.  Over $10 million at DT would be in the top 30.

He was a TD machine for a large portion of the season.  He's only more dangerous when GB actuay relies on him more with Watson out. He should get St. Brown volume targets.  Or Wes Welker volume. But he doesn't. 

 

With that said,  some of his big plays against up were blown coverage or players slipping while trying to tackle.  I think they'll limit him better this time.

I don’t agree with you that the line got zero pressure.  They actually led the league in the number of sacks, but the opposing QBs using the OC’s play designs were so quick in releasing the ball that even with the considerable pressure, the ball was successfully thrown by the QB.  And because it was a Back Six instead of a Back Seven, there wasn’t enough coverage to prevent the gashing you have very accurately described.

That is my concern as well.  The reason I like Stewart so much is that he is stout.  If we could figure out a way to add both Stewart and Nolen to this D-Line from this Draft I would piss my pants.

Its a win for the raiders because it will keep Bill away from the draft and FA. Maybe he just focuses on HC this time and someone else is GM that Belichick has given his blessing on. I think there's too much smoke, especially with the report on Brady reaching out.

In all honesty, I won't believe Belichick is north carolinas HC until I see him on the sidelines week 1. Very bizarre situation since he's never coached in the ncaa and he's fairly close to the all time coaching wins record.
