I would like to believe there is integrity among co-workers and they would be more trusted in my mind to pick the best player/co-worker...I guess I am a bit naive on this...I do know too many writers get a vote and they do not watch all the players/games and can't possibly vote without a bias based on media coverage. IDK, it's just an opinion.

Just found it interesting.

It made me curious so I compared the two. On offense the only two different is NFLPA gave FB to Juszczyk and AP gave it to Ricard. NFLPA gave RG to Lindstrom and AP gave it to Meinerz. I don’t have a strong opinion, just seems like the NFLPA went with the name guys.

You should be.  He was only "very good" because he was very protected.

There may still come a game where we can't win with a QB that needs to be helped out so much.

You do you. I'm not worried about our QB.

LOOOOOOOVE Texas tonight

Also makes me wonder about his HoF chances and if that will drag out too. Seems some of these voters are still stuck on the PED thing from forever ago.

It does seem like that's the case. Also playing in Philly where the national media hates you doesn't help. Has there been another player on Lane's level of talent that has tested positive and it affect his future accolades? That is absolutely going to affect his HOF chances. That's his resume and it's BS

Nice one handed catch by 2. That was probably defensive PI too but no flag

Going back to that graphic where it says Lane hasn’t given up a sack all season. He definitely gave up at least one to Watt.

Cameron Williams RT for Texas is a guy worth watching tonight, could end up being our pick in Rd1 in April

Agreed.  To say he’s given up none is ridiculous.  He’s still an all pro though.  That was a BS vote.

On another note, How many nasty, long developing, veiny sacks have you taken this lovely holiday season?

They almost never go strength on weakness. They'll play however they want to play, and force it until it works. Part the reason I hate sirianni. Play a team with terrible pass defense but have a strong run d? We'll spend the entire first half running. I feel like it's a big reason for slow starts. They have a plan they want to execute, and it never pits our strengths against opposing weaknesses.

Someone is gonna draft Egbuka & have a solid WR for a long time

He’ll go long before us because the OT class sucks so bad. This isn’t the year to look for an LJ replacement. Take some mid/late round high upside guy and push some draft capital to next year in case Becton can’t slide over.

Too early in the process to say he’ll be gone long before us.

Normally I’d agree, but this class is so weak and OT is so coveted I can almost guarantee it.

You could very well be right. He’s having a rough game so far, just gave up a sack.

So far not a fan

Pretty sure he missed a couple games this year.

Edit: confirmed that he missed 3 games meanwhile Terry played all 17 and got 1,096 yds.

Henry Ellard made 1st team All Pro in 1984 (the year teammate Eric Dickerson set the rushing record) with 34 receptions, 622 yards and 6 TDs in 16 games.

Yeah I don’t want any of the first round tackles this year, really. They’re all going to get overdrafted and I don’t see huge upside in any of them.

There are some mid round guys who are interesting. Budget a 4th or 5th for a rookie, re-sign Becton and push that decision into the future when there are better options.

I’ll bet you a Yuengling that he is gone no less than seven picks before the Eagles pick.

Wish they would let go of the dog thing already. It's been 8 years.

I liked it. 🤷‍♂️

I’m biased, though, because I love DMX, and I can’t help but want to punch people in the face when I hear that song.

Honestly I’ve been sick as a dog for over a week now. The flu and bronchitis. Was feeling ambitious tonight and ordered pizza. There was a 5 day period where I think I ate like two bananas and half a sandwich.

Anyway that pizza is jacking my stomach up like no other. Definitely adding a brownish yellow tint to the toilet bowl. Wouldn’t wish this on RTK
