I kind of viewed it this way, the Texans/chargers were always getting the early Saturday game. Imo it’s the game that always had viewership issues due to fan bases and just overall intrigue. I figured Fox would want eagles/packers just simply due to viewership, fan bases and they’d prefer it over the other two nfc games. Based off previous 3 playoffs with a mnf game the 4/5 seed game in nfc was going to be mnf. At this point, now if amazon had first pick of what was left it was easy to take Steelers/ravens. CBS probably wanted potential mvp Josh Allen for their slot. Leaving nbc with commanders/bucs

It also makes sense to keep the AFC and NFC games connected together so that no team has a massive difference in rest.

If the eagles win and commanders win, we are definitely playing on Sunday next week. Not going to give mnf winner a game on Saturday. Already short rest but by another day if they do that. If Bucs and eagles win that game is gonna be Saturday. Curious if we win and Bucs wins if Bucs/eagles in the late Saturday afternoon game or primetime Saturday night. Kind of think ravens/bills get late Sunday game next week and chiefs/texans get early Saturday afternoon game.

On a serious note though. I find it very frustrating that teams that have harsher winters than southern states seem to be able to maintain a natural grass field, and even play in open air stadiums. I do like the air conditioning of an indoor in Texas in Aug and Sept, but do it like they have in Las Vegas, real grass indoors.

Not a pick, but better if it's not.
