I feel the exact same way as the Rams. They took Detroit to overtime, beat the Vikings, but then lost to the Bears and got Blown out by the Cardinals

Feel the difference with the rams is that cardinals and bears game they were down like 2-3 OL, nacua and kupp in those games. Their early season stuff skews them due to the mash unit they had. Frankly think the rams defense is not very good. They’ve really benefitted down the stretch playing New Orleans, sf, jets, cardinals down the stretch.

Moore sucks. The passing game was better under Brian Johnson.

Doubtful.  Moore has modified his offense in order to run a run first offense and basically made it an RPO on passing downs.

Yes, but it still clicked a lot better than this and i suppose im not remembering correctly but, they seemed a lot more balanced. They could easily beat you both ways that year. Now it seems like a struggle

That year was 50-50.  2021 was 53-47.   2023 was actually more pass heavy 47-53.   This year the Eagles skewed WAY to the run side.  59-41!

I don't think the entire aerial playbook and route tree is open and utilized right now.  When we've been through 4 different playcallers and consistently see the same concepts, the same things left out...they are all adjusting and compensating for one common denominator.

Well if they keep going to the playoffs then I seriously doubt Howie will look elsewhere

Washington.  We want to part of Hurts dealing with  Bowles defense

I think the Rams/Vikings have a far better chance of beating the Lions though.  Also Bucs win gives us a 1 day rest advantage for the NFC Title Game.

Fair enough, there is reasons why the cowboys and chargers chose not to retain him

The chargers situation is more they weren’t keeping anyone once they fired Staley and hired harbaugh. So that i don’t hold against him. Plus their offense got crushed by injuries his one year there. I think more telling that he was Jerry’s golden boy and then he wasn’t

Yup.

Worse in the divisional. Better in a potential NFCCG.

We don't need more flags fellas.  Thanks though.

The constant during every coordinator’s tenure has been the quarterback. I think it’s time we recognize what the real issue is.

The easy answer is to move on from Hurts as soon as possible.

The nightmare is to start restructuring his deal and adding more dead money to it and staying tied to him longer. It will help keep the talent here, but keeps the handcuffs on the team.

Im not worried about talent with Howie. Dont forget he once gave Wentz a huge contract as well.

Not every year can be a super bowl contending year, but he will always have us in playoff contention, and rebuilt quickly in to a super bowl contender. The lows are never that low, and never that long with Howie.

Youre not wrong, but its also not a concern. We will be fine thanks to the GM.

Well...a capologist may call me out on this...but say Hurts wasn't on a maxed out deal.  Then we aren't talking about Bechton vs. Baun vs. Milton Williams vs. Sweat.  We are probably going to lose 2 of those 4 and will not be able to add a splash FA starter this offseason.

So the stacked roster starts inching back towards the mean this offseason already.  Can keep them all if Hurts isn't being paid to be a QB that he isn't.

It may have been it still wasn’t where it should be. It’s been an issue the last two years. This passing game shouldn’t be this hard to get going with the receivers and tight end and now Barkley added into it. Frankly some of it has been hurts just hasn’t been good enough. And some of it is Moore hasn’t exactly set the world on fire either

We excel at slant and mesh routes, but we rarely use them. Our offensive line is dominant, yet we neglect RB screens. It feels like we're determined to avoid playing to our strengths, and I can't figure out why.

I’m not going down this whole hertz thing with you. hurts did not play well today. And he’s had a problem in the passing game most of the season. However, I would argue Kellen Moore has had some of his own issues. He’s not absolved. For instance calling a 3rd down and 5 play with the lead blocker is devonta Smith with a back problem and throwing a 2 yards behind the line of scrimmage trying to get the first down. That was what the play call called for. It was a bad play.

Moore is good.

It’s whatever but I can’t stand this playing victim routine.

What does he define as a very good team? You could say this about Detroit too.

Banner is cooked. In his 70s now and it shows.

Beat the Packers at full strength in week 1. Beat a full-strength Rams team without Devonta. Beat Washington when they had their guys too.

Thats why im confused by people that keep saying moore will go to the Cowboys as the HC. They let him go, while it was mutual it seems like they would of fired him regardless

brutal turnover for Tampa

He has a very tradeable contract.

What a stand by TB

that first and goal play was a gaffe by daniels who was late to throw it then a guest officiator comes in and says defensive holding should've been called on 4th and goal..

mayfield fumbles!!

Bottom line is that our defense and special teams won us this game.

I was excited after the first Hurts’ TD pass to Dotson - figured that Hurts was going to his 2nd or 3rd read and that this would have been a blowout (should have been)  but unfortunately the rest of the game was nothing more than questionable calls, plays and execution.

If the offense continues to play like they did tonight; the only chance we have of winning is if our defense continues to perform at elite levels

Those are big losses.

IF we end up playing Tampa on Saturday, theres a very slim chance McCollum can clear the protocol on a short week.
