Thats why im confused by people that keep saying moore will go to the Cowboys as the HC. They let him go, while it was mutual it seems like they would of fired him regardless

Yeah it’s why i don’t think he would. I view it this way, Jalen hurts has not been good as a passer this year. He’s been average and really can make the case that’s me sugar coating it a little. The issue with me is, if you go look at what things cowboy fans were saying with lamb and Kellen Moore, it’s the same thing I keep bringing up with AJ Brown. Where he doesn’t utilize him the way that he should at times. And brown like lamb would disappear for long stretches of time and from the gameplan. These are the same exact thing Cowboys fans were saying about lamb. So I can’t just entirely blame this all on Jalen hurts when the same complaints wwre made elsewhere.

Have to be rooting for Washington I guess? They have a better chance of taking out Detroit than Minnesota or LA and we get the winner of tomorrow on shorter rest.

The Rams lost in overtime to the lions the first game of the season the Rams have gotten stronger since then and the lions lost a ton of players. I think they could possibly handle them

What does he define as a very good team? You could say this about Detroit too.

Banner is cooked. In his 70s now and it shows.

Beat the Packers at full strength in week 1. Beat a full-strength Rams team without Devonta. Beat Washington when they had their guys too.

the more important point that is being ignored here is that Banner realizes Hurts isnt that guy.

That's true but it makes looking towards the next opponent worrisome

It’s whatever but I can’t stand this playing victim routine.

I think its fairly obvious looking at all the ear marks on that book that its been read quite a bit.

Playing victim?

The media wants him to play the victim and hes like, Nah ...

Eagles media would rather drama then have the team they cover win, drama sells more than winning, its sad really.

I normally agree with Seth (like 90% of the time) but folks need to hold Jalen accountable when he (clearly) comes out unprepared in a home playoff game.

Kirk 2.0 sure was rattled last week in a big game.

I’d rather go up against a good offense than a good defense because I think the Eagles defense can contain any offense. But I worry about the Eagles offense against the Vikings defense. Tampa’s defense blows

1 Week season at this point... survive and advance, but yeah... it makes it scary looking ahead.

Last one to have the ball likely wins this game.

Washington has zero shot of taking down Detroit

Bucs probably winning this one, Washington defense is still trash

NFL is so concerned about player safety and concussions... why don't they penalize players for not having their mouth guard in?  Happens constantly.   Why even have a mouth guard with how infrequently some of these guys use it?

Finally watched the game. Was busy all day.

Eagles are lucky Green Bay is dog crap and players were dropping like flies because Hurts isn't it.

It was another typical Hurts being an absolute offense killer. A QB who can't throw worth a damn...wonderful.

No excuse with the weapons out there. Guy just sucks at throwing.

That looked like off sides.  NVM.  Quick snap.

It looked like everyone jumped early there

Barton/Baker not on the same page.

Honestly we can probably keep all 4. Every year people egregiously underestimate what Howie can do with whatever cap space he has. I think we keep 3 and only loose one because it probably makes more sense to let him go. Whether thats Sweat with his knees and games like today, or Williams because Ojomo and Booker are good depth, and we draft a 1st rounder at one of those positions. Baun and Becton are guaranteed eagles imo. And we keep 1 of the D linemen.

Sweat should not be extended, IMO.  Really nice pick, has been a very good but not quite great edge for us.  But his third contract is going to have bad years on it for whomever signs him.  Time to find a replacement.

Milton Williams on the other hand...I understand that Carter is the best player on this defense and that he makes other peoples' job easier....but this defense would really, really miss Milton Williams.  Even with the attention Carter absorbs, your league average starting DT is going to hold their ground well against the run with solo attention...but they still aren't going to spend much time in the backfield or make you pay too much for honing in on Carter.  Williams consistently disrupts with those looks.  He's the 5 hitter protection for your franchise player batting cleanup. Without him, no one will regret abusing Carter.

Yea that was crazy to watch

Bucs a lot of unforced errors tonight

Yeah.  Quick snapped on his team.  Might be a double agent.  Or he bet on the game.... and is shaving points.

Well lets just hope this was a combination of Hurts not playing for nearly a month and Moore not being all that experienced in the playoffs. Im thinking we see a better game from a play calling standpoint and hurts throws better. Kind of like how they bounced back against the Steelers after the fighting and subpar game against the Panthers.
