Who’s the better matchup for us? My initial thought is MIN. But maybe I’m overthinking it.

I don't get it. Yes, they have totally owned us the last two times we have played.

Neither game had AJ Brown. In addition one of the games didnt have Devonte and the other had Matt Patricia calling defensive plays.

The Eagles O without his presence on the field is a completely different team. Hell, even this year we were 1-2 without him, unbeaten with him (+ Hurts) and 1 - 1 with him (but no Hurts).

Last 3 times, they smoked the eagles in hurts first playoff game. Tood Bowels owns Hurts at the moment

Worst scenario would be Redskins inning Saturday and then Eagles blowing the Sunday game knowing they would have a home game againes Washington for a ticket to the Super Bowl.

I think the Vikings are the toughest matchup so that’s probably who the Eagles will get. Nothing has broke their way so far in terms of playoff matchups.

They have to beat 3 more very good teams to win.  I think they match up well against the Vikings because I think they can run the ball on them and shut down Darnold.

You’re correct….we will wreck Darnold.

There have been worse qbs that won Super bowls with an elite defense and run game to back them up.

Yup and none of those teams paid their qb top money which allowed them to pay other elite players at other positions.

Trent dilfer was making peanuts, brad johnson on  tampa not a big money contract.

I think russell wilson was on his rookie contract when seahawks won.

Niners though they havent won have a good D good Run game and a 7th round qb on a rookie contract.

Its not so much that the qb might have been worse then hurts its that they accounted for far less against their teams cap

"Is that what y'all wanted to see?"

What was that?

Surprised the NFL wanted to go with an all crap Saturday lineup.

They had too. They weren't going to make rams/vikings play on Saturday after playing on Monday night.

Nope we beat them in the regular season last year. So 3 of the last 4.

We were never winning the game this year with Jahan Dotson and Paris Campbell and John Ross as our receiving core.

The Eagles are the only NFC team that can give the Lions a game.  Under the right circumstances, we could probably pummel them too.  Or, of course, we might not even make it past the divisional round to Detroit.

But if the Eagles were to lose in the divisional round…the Lions could be looking at two of the most incomprehensibly easy playoff opponents between them and the SB.

There’s no chance we lose next week.  None.  Zero.  Zilch.

Forgot about that game.

Idk the Eagles pretty much ran the Rams D into the ground in the first match up.  They were gassed and had no answer.  Yeah Stafford, Pakua and Cupp will get theirs but I think the Vikes D is better overall and the weapons are better for Minn.  Go Rams 🐏

Rams or Vikings which one do we want.  I think the Vikings.

Yep. Want no part of SB winning Stafford

Yeah that games was obviously going to be on Sunday.  I'm surprised they didn't have Raves  @ Bills on Saturday night and have Texans @ Chiefs as the early Sunday game.

In hindsight, saying that after a 290 yard 2 TD passing performance against one of the worst passing defenses in the nfl….as if he just lit someone up for 400 yards and 4tds and silenced all the doubters…kind of shows how low the bar for his passing has become.

Things shaping up well for us.

Not impossible that we get WAS in the NFCCG

Lions are favored by 9. It would be the biggest upset of the year.

The entire NFC is going to be decided by Hurts.

If Hurts has another bad game, Lions cruise to the Super Bowl.

If Hurts can play consistent, competent football, the eagles will go to the Super Bowl.

It’s that simple in my eyes.

Rams are the far easier matchup. Offense is cold, defense is far less tricky.

Highlighting and underlining the same thing is just so inefficient.

I think I’ll take Stafford. We bodied those fools
