I do agree with your premise that Howie/Lurie can't be happy with this. They want more out of the passing game. I can see them trading him if there's a big flameout. Howie has so much job security that he can survive it. Lurie will sign off if there's a good plan to replace him. McKee doesn't count. 

re McKee (this part isn’t about Hurts)…the Mckee’s of the world need an injury to get their shot.  McKee has some traits to develop and, theoretically, could be the next great thing.  But no QB drafted round 5 or later is getting that shot unless an injury forces it.  Brady, Warner…or AJ Feely, Brock Purdy…these guys got on the field because they had to.  

Bill Parcells actually selecting Tony Romo over Drew Bledsoe is one of the only examples I can think of with a minimal investment QB actually being given a real chance to leapfrog the intended starter.

I think ojomo would be the replacement along with drafting someone. But i really don’t think with how Williams is 25 and just cracking his potential that you can expect that from Ojomo

Agreed. We'd need an injury to see McKee for an extended period of time. 

I'll hold out hope Hurts/Moore can figure it out.

I’d really love to keep Milton. I had a feeling before the season that he was going to pop. I actually bought a game used jersey of his before the season as fanatics had it dirt cheap.

It was the Bucs game. I was at all three of those games, and the Bucs game was a painful watch

Baun would be insane to play on the tag. He has just as much motivation to get a deal done as the Eagles.
