Apparently the Packers fan who recorded the dude calling his woman a c*nt is a content creator - wore a bodycam to the game.  Set up a gofundme to get into the game - probably antagonized the Eagles fan.  Not condoning what the Eagles fan did, but it would be interesting to see all the footage.

My one neat trick to avoid getting banned from Sports stadiums for repeatedly calling someone a really bad word and then effectively calling their boyfriend out as a **** for not fighting me about it on camera is to not repeatedly call people bad words.

My system is 100% effective.

Is it more likely the Packers fan went specifically to a game to provoke a guy into doing this, or that he only started filming because this guy had been calling his missus a bad word and he wanted something on record in case it got uglier? If the Eagles fan had been done dirty by the film there'd have been other nearby fans sticking their head above the parapet leaping to his defense about how big a dbag the Packer fan was just prior to the footage.

Again, the packers fans were taunting pretending to "j e r k” off with their hands as a celebration

The packers fans Twitter has old posts with derogatory slurs, and we’ve all seen his go fund me, being fully aware of the hostile environment describing it as "the belly of the beast”

watched the packers couple interview after their ‘fame’ and it’s it’s alarming how many red flags you’ll see.

GF doesn’t even like football. Didn’t want to switch seats with her BF saying it’s a "pride thing” to stand her ground (made up since everyone knows that was a simple solution and got blowback on that)

Never contacted security even tho the # is on the back of every seat. Said he had no idea

And if that’s the true taunt that couple was doing, ppl should be ashamed for blasting that eagles fan and essentially ruining his life at this moment

Who would want to sit next to people doing a taunt like that?

Colts hosting the game in Berlin next season.

We won't be going there either.

Good them than us

Looking forward to Nick Morrow blowing up Sunday on Special Teams and Trotter Jr. fetching a majority of the snaps this week.

Also, Goedert being a huge contributor, as don't think Devonta or AJ are close to 100 right now. And Jalen just making winning plays. Nothing glamorous.

Last week was a feeling out type game where Eagles just played it close to the vest. I expect more aggression this week and a little more risk taking. Basically, a statement game by our Birds.

Lions will scuffle, but beat the Commanders. We will understand clearly who the better team is for Eagles-Lions matchup.

Yeah like I say, the way I'd avoid the situation is by not calling the woman a dumb ugly c**t repeatedly, plus when one side has video evidence and the other side has anecdotes coupled with assumptions based on the Packers fans 'job'. My sympathies don't immediately jump.

I looked at field position and Hurts' performance.

Outside our own forty or no huddle...12-18, 121 yards, 2 TDs, no sacks, no scrambles, passer rating of 122.7.

Inside our own forty...1-3, 10 yards, 2 sacks, 2 scrambles, passer rating of 43.8.

It could be our game plan and/or play calling.  It does seem that once we get going and get into tempo, the whole operation works better.

It does take them a bit, but they do play better in the 2nd half.

I actually was talking about drives, not the entire game.  Seems like it's either 3-and-out or points.

How is the first half sack rate 37th in the league consisting of only 32 teams?

Mahomes averages 285 and 2+ just through the air in the playoffs, is a first ballot HoFer and has won multiple SBs.

What are we doing here, guys?

"It's okay if Hurts goes 6/13 for 39 in a half moving forward because Mahomes beat us in a Super Bowl!"

Both sides have extremists, but let's stop this nonsense

So help me out here Swoop.  Are you saying that Saquon should rush less and our QB should throw more?

How many targets and receptions does Mahomes average to get his 285?

This is the correct take.

As a fan, your ticket to the game is to watch the game and react to what is happening on the field, not marshal the other fans around you and antagonize them.  When I go to games and there are fans around me wearing the other team's jerseys -- I ignore them.  If they engage me in a good-natured way I'll speak with them politely; if they're rude I stick to watching the game and they can bother someone else.

I do agree that, from the video footage, I would have simply switched seats with my gf -- it's not a question of pride, it's her personal security; it's not up for discussion.  Once I'm seated closer to the aggressive/antagonizing fan, tell him to go sit down.  If he refuses, look him straight in the eye and tell him "Sit down and STFU".  He'd have sat down -- he's at the age where fisticuffs is not the most preferred option, IMO.

This is a very different era from pretty much all of them.   I have no issue with a 'game manager' at QB.  The issue comes when you are paying the game manager at stud levels and nearly 25% of the salary cap goes to him... and you are staring down a free agency where you are in danger of losing a stud RG (with OT versatility), stud DT, the ILB they've desperately needed for about a generation, etc.   If the Qb were getting paid at the same level as those guys (as a percentage of the salary cap, even though there was no cap for all but one of them), then I don't think we'd be having the same discussion.

But, that's a discussion for the offseason.  For this week the discussion needs to be on Hurts AND Moore getting it straightened out.  IMO, we have a top 2 or 3 duo of WRs, a top 10 TE, top 2 at worst OL, and the best RB in the NFL.   The offense shouldn't have stagnation like we've seen.   That comes down to either the QB or the OC, or some combination, as I see it.  They need to get it fixed for this week, next week and 2 weeks after that.

The bottom line is that during the bye the team decided to go to a conservative approach with a heavy emphasis on the running game and with Hurts ensuring that he doesn't turn the ball over.  That wasn't Hurts' decision but rather the coaches and if the reports are correct the decision was encouraged by the OLs and others.  Since then they've gone 13-1 with the only loss being the game where Hurts was knocked out six minutes into the game and which they would have definitely won had Hurts been able to continue.

Last week there was no need for Hurts to put the ball up other than for totally safe throws.  They followed the plan they've been following since the bye and the Eagles were in complete control and with every reason not to risk giving the Packers an easy gift and let them back in the game.  Twice the Packers managed to scrape back on their own to get within one score.  Both times thereafter, Hurts led the team down the field for a score to push the lead back up to a two score game.  Hurts was 3-3 for 61yrds and a TD on the 1st drive and was 4-5 for 31yrds on the 2nd drive leading to a FG.

Hurts did just what he needed to do to win the game.  Nothing more nothing less.

Going forward during this upcoming weekend or in the weeks after, we might end up in a game where Hurts needs to throw 30+ times to be able to win the game.  We may also see a situation where Hurts needs to lead a last minute drive to win the game.  Both of those may occur in the same game.  Should one or both of those moments arise, and it is likely, we will find out whether the game manager has enough flexibility in his skill set to lead the team to victory.  IMHO, we have only seen one real moment where it was all there on Hurts' shoulders in a huge playoff game and that was in the SB where he was awesome and was highly effective both passing and running.  I am absolutely concerned that he might not be able to repeat that performance but I'm willing to give him his due and see what he does when that moment arises again before passing a final judgement.

I think you're missing the point. Hurts just shouldn't be compared to Mahomes because Mahomes is in his own tier. That really goes for any QB. Mahomes had a down year and still had better stats than other QBs

My name is Alex, but you may know me as Basaraski Productions on YouTube. Or simply just ‘Bas’

The Packers are heading to the playoffs, and are going into Philly this next Sunday to take on the #2 Seed Eagles. Things are gloomy right now in Packers fandom, but one this is for certain. I’m still confident and believe in this team.

If you didn’t know, I’m born and raised in PA, and actually 1 hour from the Eagles stadium. So I ask of you, the fans… send me to Philly. Send me into the belly of the beast. I’ve done it multiple times repping the Packers proud, and I am fully ready to do it again.

I’ve been cursed at, stuff thrown at me, and even my first ever cheesehead ripped off my head and thrown into a fire bin while supporting my team in Philly. But I’m sure as hell not scared to do it again.

If 600 of my viewers all donated just $1. I will go to philly next weekend and support the Green & Gold to the fullest.

Of course, thank you to anyone who donates. Thanks for all the support

Does that not feel like a guy who’s  fishing for content a little bit and got one dumb Eagles fan to eat the trash? He grew up in Pennsylvania. He knows how Eagles fans are. He asked his viewers to send him there so he could go inside the belly of the beast and he went inside it. It just so happens the belly contains an old guy yelling "C” at his lady the entire game. Now, to me, this is clear as day the reason why security was never notified what was happening. You do content for a couple years and you know what sells. He knew what he was getting on camera was gold. He’s done vlogs for his channel before. I wouldn’t be shocked if he was planning on doing one from this game. Again the Eagles fan – still a piece of crap. There’s no denying that. But letting your girl take that much abuse and not doing anything about it? All for views. That doesn’t sit right with me either.

Hurts really doesn't let bad plays phase him. He doesn't snowball like Herbert, Darnold, Love, etc. did.

Doesn't absolve the lack of aggressiveness in the 1st half though.

Yup. We're about to get a ton of cap relief from James Bradberry too. That doesn't show up on sites like OvertheCap either.

Only thing that's unclear to me is whether they insure the cash in that given year (ex: 4M) or the average annual value of the contract (12M). If we get 12M in cap credits, then that basically allows us to resign Milton or Becton.

The CBA provision has existed since 2006, and since then, the clubs that have taken advantage of this cap hack flew mostly under the radar.

It's not going to be as significant as everyone thinks. It's been in use for almost 20 years now, Eagles surely being one of the teams at the forefront under Banner and Roseman.

I don't even see what grounds they would even have with Bradberry. They said it was a 6 week injury that didn't need surgery. He didn't get surgery. He's not playing because they don't want him to, not because he medically can't.

**** how many red zone passing plays did we even have all year? We had a lot of long play tuddys and a f ton of brotherly shoves.

Based off the stats hurts had 53 pass attempts (doesn’t include sacks so slightly higher) and 49 rushing attempts inside the red zone.

Does that mean that they get at least 6 weeks' worth of refund?

You can't just IR a non-injured player.

The Eagles do this proactively for relief.

Let me get this, we might not be able to afford a 3yr/$15MperYr contract for Baun because Jalen’s cap number skyrockets moving forward? But the cap isn’t real anyway.

Howie can simply restructure that
