I’m still paying off the bill from the carpet shampooing and fumigation that was needed after the last one.

That was pretty bad. @olsilverhair got carried away with wanting everyone to give him a German scheiße

Just rewatched the Eagles/rams from week 12 and that was by far one of these worst officiating games I’ve ever seen. I forgot how bad it was. Gave the rams multiple extra opportunities to score and took points away from Philly by backing them up.

Well. This is about as a sure thing of a snow event that you'll ever see about 44 hours before kickoff.  100% chance of snow during the entire game window.  Snow 3-5 inches.  Heavier if you get stuck under a band of heavy snow.

It's happening.

3-5 inches? The ladies of Delaware Valley are in for a treat!

When I rewatched it, my biggest takeaways were, we need to tackle well because Puka is a physical runner after the catch. And they like to attack our flats when they identify us in zone, which goes back to the part about tackling well. The game got out of hand for them when Stafford started hanging onto the ball for deep shots, so I expect a lot of quick passes.

Hey, don't write yourself off yet
It's only in your head, you feel left out
Or looked down on
Just try your best
Try everything you can
And don't you worry what they tell themselves
When you're away
It just takes some time
Little girl, you're in the middle of the ride
Everything, everything'll be just fine
Everything, everything'll be alright, alright

Was this song written about Derek Barnett?

That song was played on the TV at the end of the broadcast after the eagles lost to the patriots in the super bowl.

Yea they did move the ball well. Defense got fooled on boots several times. Hopefully Fangio makes some adjustments this game.

Im glad to hear 3-5 because Im seeing 5-9 for my area and it looked like south of here was in the same range.

Snow games are fun, and we all loved the last one we all remember w/ Shady and Foles.  But the ball will be wet and slippery for both teams, and we can fumble just like they can. Just don’t lose the turnover battle and we win easily

That includes no penetration with the tongue? We all know you love eating arse

I have nothing to do with it (even though I eat arse like Ralphy’s brother face bombs those mashed potatoes in a Christmas Story).

This is a legitimate AirC&T (Air Cage & Torture) where you can either torture my Neanderthal, @olsilverhair, or you can allow him to torture you with 4 armed guards.  (The testicle biting incident of 2023 was a liability nightmare).  If my client wants tongue, we’ll add it to the purchase order.

by the way, youre acting kind of extreme here saying 100% chance and 3-5 inches. Why dont you back it down to 50% chance and 2-4 inches so you can be more in the middle with all of the normal people?

Weather is in the Eagles favor, favors the big, physical OL and the power RB, not the finesse big play offense.

Davis is going to have to play more snaps than usual, it's going to be harder on undersized D-men trying to change direction, but the big boy just has to get leverage and clog the middle.

Jordan Davis gaslighting will continue until morale improves.

Since the bye week, the only time he gets increased snaps is meaningless games like Week 18 or blowouts like against the Steelers. Packers are a more run heavy team than the Eagles. The only defensive players with less defensive snaps than him were Avonte Maddox and Bryce Huff.

Everyone wants to say how straightforward Fangio is yet turns a blind eye to Davis snaps decreasing throughout the year and barely playing in a playoff game. Moro Ojomo ended up with the same amount of playing time as Jordan Davis during the regular season.

Do you think he could be a surprise trade candidate? Hes pretty much at that point where a team wants to see what they can make of him while he is still on the rookie contract, and for us, to move on before we have to pay him.

He MIGHT still be worth paying for the particular role he plays. But if he is playing it so minimally... you cant pay him much. I have trouble seeing his contract expectation meeting reality.

Makes sense so far. I feel like the Deion rumor is more fluffing everyone’s egos than being legit. Moore already knows the key players like Dak, Parsons, Lamb etc. He also seems spineless enough for Jerry to have his way about anything. It’s also not the worst situation to make the jump for Moore. It’s better than the Saints or Jags.

I’d guess he’ll be one of those valuable enough to keep another year instead of trading away for not much value type guys. I don’t see how you give him a guaranteed $12M with his 5th year option and no idea what an extension would look like. I think they would be better off allocating Davis money to Williams.
