That’s probably the ball game. Can’t take that sack. Feels like what the Vikings did against the rams where Darnold gave up a ton of yards on a 4th down sack and next thing you know it went from 17-3 to 24-3. 

Refs locked this one in awhile ago.  No chance they let the Texans compete.  It's too late.

 Don't get going for it on 4th there.  

That's a poor sequence there for the Texans.  Letting guys in unblocked then trying to rush on 4th down instead of using a timeout.

Heck of a job by the Texans defense to not even let KC get intk field goal range considering the field position. 

I blame defenses too for what Mahomes has become. At some point, you take the shot. They’re gonna call it regardless, at least make him scared to do it

This drive is for the game.  Without points, the game is over.  Even with points... a FG its still likely over.   And a TD without connecting on the 2 point... still likely over.

Why didn’t they punt? Loads of times left

If we see them in the SB, get the missile Sydney Brown in there to destroy him on a blitz right away.  Just finish him.

Desperation.   Would be dramatically different getting a 3 and out after a punt instead of the sack.
