Man the Rams message board is boring AF. They're just talking scheme, matchups, weather and being very practical about everything. Not one comment about firing coaches, conspiracy theories, or calling other posters idiots. What a snooze fest.

That would look sweet on a garage door.

What's the word in Big D?  Is Jerry going with Prime Time, Kellen Moore, or someone else?

I think they're gonna go with this guy for continuity purposes:

Today we finally get revenge for the 1989 and 2001 playoffs.  Then next week revenge for 1990!

Time to handle the family business...

I'm up to 6 eagles jerseys and no rams up here in New England. So your theory has legs.

Parked at the casino.  No snow on the car in the garage there.

Lunch time.  No snow yet.

Definitely - I got to get on the look out for some starving artist.

Slick field will impact both Dlines and pass rush.  I was thinking we'd get a lot of pressure on Stafford, but now with the weather forecast I'm not so sure.

Agree. It is like the SB, though. We had corvettes and they had trucks in the middle of their line. Power does better in slippery conditions vs their small/fast rush. I like our odds.

Probably have to go to Reddit. Seems like a lot of teams pushed fans there.

Regardless of what the weather does today, this team is equipped to succeed in any conditions. Everyone can have their opinions on Hurts all they want, but this team is built to compete in a track meet or in an old school 3yds and a cloud of dust slugfest. They just need to execute.

Crazy, it's currently 27 degrees in/around DAL right now, 37 degrees in PHI, I am glad for you guys to have the early game even though the temps are dropping by the hour it will be a little less cold than the 5:00 game.

DAL barey gets above freezing the next 3-4 days, luckily I am headed back to San Diego this week for work...I've been able to miss the last two weeks worth of winter weather.

"...Marketing company that plays football on the side"

Yup that about Sums it up.

Coach Prime would make a ton of sense for them (given the primary objective of the franchise).

Those poor people in Buffalo tonight...20 degrees, and the idiots jumping onto burning tables, too drunk to know they've likely broken a bone somewhere, running around thinking they are in the WWE and can actually land a somersault correctly so as not to injure themselves...

I find the Jerry Jones / Cowboys fiasco to be fascinating, honestly worthy of some level of best selling sports book diving into it.

I've stated multiple times on here (and have taken heat for it) that I harbor no special hatred for that franchise, its fans, or its owner.  So I feel a little less biased about it.

Regardless of what personal feelings you might have about Jones, I believe that he was an outstanding owner.  Forget Deon Sanders, he made that franchise "prime time."  He was a captain of a national championship college football team and became a hands on, GM owner who oversaw 3 SB titles.  For decades, he's been the most powerful owner steering almost every league owner sub-committee.

I know a few former NFL players who describe playing for the Cowboys in those days as a surreal, more premium experience than playing for other teams...largely because of Jerry Jones.  That's why we all hated them so much.

And now...that brash, narcissistic, hands-on, GM owner is starting to lose his marbles, one by one.  He's 82.  This is not a job suited for an 82 year old.  He has become a laughingstock and is driving the franchise into the ground because he won't step away...and what little control he does cede is just going to nepo-staff.

It's been an interesting lifecycle.

Sadly, from a player persective, he is the only guy that could possibly turn it around IMO. Is he a diva, sure. Does he like the camera? of course, but he still knows how to get the job done at a high level while doing all of that other sideshow crap and Jerry might, a very small might, leave him alone and let him do the job. Honestly though, if I am a potential head coach, I would run from this job, not walk...run.

And Hurts out dueled Mahomes in the Super Bowl.

He lost… so no, he didn’t.

It is a little weird to have to win 3 consecutive games against teams with superior QBs to Hurts.  That's a big ask of Howie and even Siriani to put a team together that consistently does that.  But it sure looks like they can do it.

I'm not worried at all about Stafford and Daniels, we're gonna stomp both of those MF'ers out.

Who we play in February remains to be seen, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
