Thats one place we have to look at this offseason. We need production out of the 3-4 WR spots that aren’t Brown and Smith. If we aren’t going to be throwing the ball, then we need guys who can play special teams at a high level, block on screens, add RAC yards, etc.

I agree that role players at WR3/4 are a huge help but if the QB doesn't look past WR1/2 and TE1, WR3/4 is very low on the list. Dotson was open today.

He was good, but not great.  If he makes the PDs on half those throws, he'd have been great today.

I much rather Ringo win that camp battle as he is a much more physical and prototypically sized CB, but he has his own issues with the ball in the air. Only 22 and 2yrs left on his contract, still plenty of time to earn Vic’s trust.
