Dyami Brown is becoming a problem for defenses. It almost seems as if hes becoming their primary threat over McLaurin.

But Ill say again- these lesser teams can play each other and look amazing and dynamic. Its a whole new ball game when they have to face the eagles defense. Just happened to the Rams today. Look how good they were looking. Then, not.

I fully expect Washington to frustrate the hell out of us because of Jayden Daniels's legs probably on a few 3rd downs.

BUT, if the eagles edges will rush with discipline, our DTs are about to feast and their middle pressure will create opportunities for sacks. More than that though, Daniels is not going to be able to sit back and go through progressions and calmly drop dimes like he did all game against Detroit. He is going to be getting moved off his spot. And if all goes well, its going to be in uncomfortable tight quarters which is going to cause a few inaccurate, or mis-timed passes that fall incomplete.

Our D will still get plenty of stops.

IF we could just get a 150-180 yard game from Hurts WITHOUT all of the horrible sacks, and no turn overs we will cruise to a double digit win.

It might end up closer than that because Hurts is Hurts.

But we should win.

Their starting guard also blew out his acl last game… stinks for him but should allow us to get more pressure

That's why I said our DTs are about to feast.

Eagles are facing the hottest team in the NFL.

Well, since the last hottest team in the Rams.

And the hottest team in the Packers the week before that.

If he doesn't want to throw and put it in harms way, cool.  I'm not even mad he threw into double coverage to Brown when we got lucky it wasn't picked.

I'm pissed that twice he knocked them out of FG range before the half. The safety was also the single dumbest play I've seen a QB make on the Eagles in a bog game. Yes, the call was dumb, but as a QB you have to know how to throw it into the stands over a receiver's head there.

He was sacked 7 times and some of that was good play by the Rams, but he has no situational awareness and he can not process information. When he just reacts and runs or is in hurry up and just dropping and passing fast he can be OK, but the moment he starts to think it all goes downhill.

Brandon Graham has hinted that if we make it to New Orleans, he's playing. I don't know if that's even medically possible, but if it is, what has to happen from an IR Rule standpoint or is it even possible (rules wise)?

OK, so watching the replay of this game, I don’t know what the official was looking at after the first and goal.  Barkley was definitely closer to the 1 than it where they spotted it at the 2. So when he got to that third goal, they would have been about a half yard to a yard closer to getting the touchdown

I think they can activate him but they’d have to make a tough decision? Because how much could he realistically contribute? And they’d have to cut someone to reinstate him to the roster.

The packers were not the hottest team. Hadn't they lost 2 in a row including one to the bears?

I mean yeah me too.,, But they aren’t going to cut Huff with that contract. So could they give Huff’s snaps to a hurt BG? Absolutely! But they have to cut another player to get him on the 53.

2000 Ravens formula. Don't think Dilfer ever went above 200 yards in the playoffs

I figured pre-game if Jalen could account for 250 total* yards and no turnovers that would all but guarantee a win. Did he even get half of that? Maybe the magic number is 175, no turnovers and no colossal sacks. The bar has gotten quite low.

Yeah, I’m worried that we are going to get hobbled Hurts. If he’s running around with a piano on his back, the offense can get really ugly, like 10 v 11 ugly.

So are you saying that the game coming up will be the real test?!😃

The indecisive pocket play was really poor last night.  It almost cost us the game.  To be fair, some of it may have been due to the injury.  On the flip side, if Brown makes those two catches then Hurts would have been 17/20 for about 200yrds plus 70yds rushing and a TD and of course no turnovers.  It wasn't all bad but part of it was just plain not good.

With the receiving and offensive line talent on this team, we can achieve those metrics with Kenny or Tanner.

At this point Jalen is holding the offensive back more than helping. He had maybe 3 good plays yesterday. I trust Kenny or Tanner more at this point. Especially if Jalen is Hurt, a full weeks practice for one of them with the starters and being able to run Kellen Moore's real offense.

I'm sure many will not agree, but I truly believe in Kenny and Tanner at this point more than Hurts. Sadly we are suck with Hurts at least 1 more season.

This is the only thing that worries me. Daniels can pass but picking up first downs with his legs is what keeps them in games. Eagles seem to stink at defending it.

The defense overall has been very good, although the tackling has been better earlier in the season. If we get a bit more crisp in this respect, it will mean a lot in terms of limiting Daniels scrambling and their RBs who are after contact runners.

Slay and Q are playing well enough that this could be another middle of the field game; stopping the run, keeping an eye on Ertz, limiting dump offs to the RBs and wrangling the QB.

I came into this season thinking Hurts is top 10. I’m doubting he’s top 20 at this point.

That’s because the product Hurts puts out there has been pretty variable.  Teams are getting better and better at putting him into a box of things he can’t do…and the more we lean on the run game, the more Hurts, the offense, and the play caller shift into this mentality and game plan that we just can’t throw the football, resembling how you’d run an offense with an emergency 3rd string qb.

Tough guy, though.  One of my favorite Dallas players.

All these league needs, TWO former Cowboys TE as head coaches!

The Chiefs are a Juggernaut. 2 straight super bowls, a third a year before those, arguably the greatest talent to ever play QB, Andy Reid is a top 5 all time coach, great OL, good defense, arguably the greatest TE in history, and the best refs in the business.

Total juggernaut.

We are going to have to get VERY lucky to beat them. Even without the refs they’re tough. With the refs they’re almost unbeatable.

The Chiefs have been incredibly lucky this year. Yes, they are in the AFCG, but they have been rather pedestrian in a lot of their games. They are 100% beatable and not on the same level as the team the Eagles lost to in 2023.
