We'll see. 350 is still a huge number in todays game. There's only been a handful of guys that have carried it that much recently and keep sustained success. It's basically Derrick Henry, possibly McCaffery but you have to factor in if his recent injuries are from his huge workloads. Demarco Murray had that one huge year then came here and his YPA dropped from 4.7 to 3.6 (27 years old). Jonathan Taylor had 1,800 and his YPA went from 5.5 to 4.5 (23 years old). Josh Jacobs had his one big year and went from YPA of 4.9 to 3.5 (25 years old).

It's not impossible but I would say the odds are not in Barkleys favor.

Yep, Henry is the best example and I think Barkley is closer to him than the other guys. I'm not sure SB can sustain this over say 5 years but he maybe fine for another couple being a workhorse.

The other variable in some of these cases you mentioned is that OL plays matters. For example, in the Colts case the OL was great in 21 but lost 2 starters and didn't function at anywhere near the same level (their passing game which was average in Taylor's great year with Wentz somehow also fell off a cliff that year with Ryan). JT was back up to 4.7 this year.  Raiders are mess and Jacobs with the Packers was back up to 4.4 this year.

Are you nude on your boat again on Lake Norman?

It's too cold to be nude.

I'm adorning a TJ Maxx faux fur coat.

My wife has never even witnessed Brian Dawkins play football, and she is now the biggest fan of the guy ever, starting  after his HOF speech.  My favorite player of all time. That dude just hits different.

This goes Super Hard. I swear he needs to do this next two games.

Congratulations on your NFC Championship Appearance! I hope Hurts is ok.

I really think they should let athletic trainers be in charge of how things are timed.

I'm stunned by this coming from you.

I did just have a game last 59 minutes tonight. It was a bad loss, but mercy rule is always a win for me.

No hard feelings. You guys defeated us. I dont hate the Eagles.

This guy is a great follow. He gets into a lot of Fangio’s defensive concepts as well:

It’s been more than 60 years since I played hs basketball. The older I get, the better I used to be.

Ive been depressed ever since you guys eliminated us to be honest. It always hurts to lose in the playoffs.

That and the punt return were both critical plays that went against us - gave Mahomes 14 points. Not going to win many against him doing that

Outside of that one play, Hurts was great that day and for me - made up for the mistake. I pin that loss mostly on Gannon and the D.

The way I look at it is you dont get to have it both ways. If you want to call out Hurts poor play despite the team winning (like the last 2 weeks) , then you have to acknowledge that despite that one poor play, the SB loss is not on him. Equally if you want to praise Hurts for 'leading the team to a win' the last two weeks despite being carried by the team, then you cant also excuse him for the SB loss because they lost despite him playing great in that game. I tend to more be in the first camp.

The thing that will always make this argument gold, is Nick Foles won while Tom Brady put up the most passing yards in SB history.  Sometimes you have to score 40 to win.

Tomorrow is trash day for me. I’m gonna see if my garbage man can kick a football.

Yeah, football is a team game. I dont think NE fans are sitting there and primarily blaming Tom Brady for that SB loss, just like most of us dont blame Jalen Hurts for that SB loss. That's my point.

I hope Buffalo can eliminate the Chiefs Sunday!

That was a great game. Wasnt there 1000 yards between the 2 teams. I was so happy the Eagles won even as a Packer fan.

Entertaining as heck for sure. Well over 1,000 - think we had 500+ and Pats had 600+

I celebrated so hard I ended up falling down a level and breaking one of my ribs. Totally worth it for an Eagles SB win

If Howie doesn't re-sign Becton, we riot!

Yeah and Thanks to you guys for beating the Vikings that year too! Thanks forever for that!

Case Keenum, Sam Darnold.

Different Vikings team, same fraud QB story...
