Probably need to raid a PS edge.

The bad news is that Graham provides impact plays and we will miss that.

The good news is that the defense still functions without him. He is a clutch player. But he is not necessarily a key kog in the way this defense works.

We will miss his contributions. But we will also be ok. Like in 2017 after a demoralizing injury, this can be overcome.

Nolan Smith has been stepping up. Hunt is capable of providing a rush. Sweat is having a good year. We generate pass rush with the ILBs these days. Carter has become a consistently dominant force the last few weeks and is freeing up the rest of the DL to eat. Fangio can come up with new wrinkles. Gonna be ok.

Incoming Shaq Lawson practice squad signing.

What a kick in the nuts!! Why can't we have one fn game where everything goes right?!

We have 3 active edge rushers, none of which was half the player Graham was. Once again Howie dropped the ball at the deadline not addressing it. Graham wasn’t going to last with this workload all season and it wasn’t fair or practical to assume he would.

He is playing less than 50% of the snaps --- just like 2022 and he has never been injury prone.

At the deadline, everybody was healthy. Now we lost Huff for a few weeks and today BG for the season. We drafted Hunt for a reason. Both Williams and Carter can play DE if need be.

Anyone downplaying his impact on this defense is just coping. Absurd to assume he was a JAG.

Get you someone that looks at you like Hurts watching Saquon.

That’s under the assumption that Huff would suffice for the massive loss that Reddick leaving was. Huff was not only a terrible signing for the most part but is now on IR.

Look at the face behind Hurts. 😂

I LOVE BG and we will absolutely miss him.

But let's not pretend like we lost Carter for the season.

Shhhh don't even say that. Don't jinx him too

Who was available for trade at the deadline and what was the cost we could afford and the impact that guy would have had?

Biggest loss after Carter would be Graham, Baun, Mitchell, or DeJean IMO. I’ll prioritize pass rushers though.

It sucks that BG is out but it doesn't mean the D-line is going to suddenly fall off.  They will have to move guys around and players will have to step up.

Jalen Carter is what makes this D-line tick.  If he went down I can see them struggling.

BG will still be there on the sidelines with the team.

Kick the tires on Ngakoue?

ZDarius Smith was an easy no brainer target but Howie psyched himself out from blowing it with the last 4 deadline deals.

He’s on New England.

Told ya

A key player having a great game against the Rams,  gets injured for the rest of the season.

Team rallies.

Graham is probably going to get fined for releasing classified information to the media. Siri wants to keep the day to day gamesmanship as a ploy.

And Smith didn't even go for a day 2 pick. Easily could've offered more than what Detroit did

I can’t believe in the year of our Lord 2024 that Brandon Graham is a massive loss but here we are.

He’s been great this year both as a pass rusher and against the run.
