I have my issues with Hurts but he really does do a good job in "need to have it” drives to maintain momentum. TD drive after the Rams cut it to 20-14 and then puts together a 6 minute, 12 play drive after the Rams missed FG to tack on another FG to make it 30-14. It feels like more times than not he rises to the occasion there. 

If this was Graham’s final game, I’m glad he went out as a baller.

I am willing to discount Hurts' sub-optimal passing output because I believe that he is being super cautious about turnovers. 

Turnovers seem to be the only thing that could stop this team.  (We saw tonight how this team can overcome suspect officiating.)

Genard Avery is available. Not going to be shocked when he’s signed to the PS this week.

He was not emotional. He was smiley and positive. Said he will still be here to lead. He will be letting other teams know how lucky they are that hes not playing. 

In fact he said he went in and called his wife and his kids were crying and he said no sense in crying over it. Got has a plan, etc.

And he was very noncommittal about retirement.

That said, I haven't watched the game, so that's the first I'm hearing of the injury. That really sucks! BG is a favorite of mine, and he wears my number from little league!

FYI..

We could lose to Baltimore, Pittsburgh, AND Washington, yet still win the division (even if Washington wins out).

Tied at 13-5 with the better division record. 

And we'd still be the #2 seed.
