At first I thought they were just holding out Cam because of how cold it is and didn't want his back to tighten up, like they did with DeVonta Smith. But I'm not really sure why they would have Dickerson taking the center reps unless they want him to be ready.

Great.  Why could we have nice things?

It could mean nothing. They may just want to be prepared for everything. Tomorrow will be the telling day.

I’m pretty sure cause I’ve heard it in other podcast that Daniels in week 11 was also dealing with rib injury. Thursday night as well.  The Eagles have to keep their lane integrity when they rush. Daniels is going to run if you give him a lane. You can’t just blindly run up there and create a massive hole because he’ll see it takeoff and take the 20 yards. To me it feels like when the Eagles played Atlanta back in the 2004 nfc championship game. Make Daniels have to beat you from the pocket like you wanted to do with Vick. Granted think Daniels is a better passer than Vick but if I’m going down it’s not with him running and creating outside the pocket.

They used the Jevon Kearse to spy Vick the whole game AND sought to drive him right, away from his favored side.

The Rams came down with some insane catches, and Stafford threw some amazing passes.  On that first drive, his no look bullet on 3rd down along with his TD pass were both thrown into very tiny windows.  Even though Isaiah Rodgers didn't finish a few plays in coverage, the positive I took out of it was that he was right there to make the play.  Everyone was for the most part.  Jayden Daniels is gonna have to throw extremely accurate against this secondary.  They are so sticky in coverage, and I love it!

Rodgers does a nice job.  Returned the fumble too.  He is contributing so hoping he comes back next year.

Prob a little bit of both. Rest the guy plus get some reps in. And someone has to snap the ball in practice.

Problem is

1. Jurgens didn't have "rest" on the injury report that players always do if its rest, even if they are dealing with something. Like how Brown is always Rest/Knee

2. It would in theory make more sense for Gates to snap the ball instead of changing two positions.

Perhaps so, but we had the #1 defense and Daniels tore us up.

I think we'll win but I expect a heart attack or two along the way.

Truly believe that entire game was an aberration. We’ll find out.

I may be travelling to AZ in April on a golf vacation; any recommendations on the best courses to play there at a reasonable cost?  I used to travel to Palm Springs between 2010 and 2015, but I checked courses there and prices have skyrocketed.

I don't mind paying $100 or so for a championship course, but $225+?  Not a chance.

Yes. He had a bad game, especially in pass protection. Seemed like something wasn't right, so this partially explains why he was struggling.

If there was in game injury, maybe they dont want Gates or Toth in there, and feel more comfortable inserting Steen in and moving Dickerson.

Flow-on effects from the Driscoll injury (and exposing Dylan McMahon to waivers earlier this year).

Clearly they just wanted to make him prep and travel to distract him from the NFCCG.

We played TPC Scottsdale Champions course at my friend's bachelor party a few years back.  It was absolutely gorgeous - I had never played golf with a back drop quite like that.  Also, I was in a cart with my friend's brother.  He got so drunk, he fell out of the passenger's side of the cart and rolled into a cactus.  He had about 1000 barbs stuck in his back.  It was hilarious.

I feel like we get snubbed for a lot of awards. Ie. Doug should’ve won COY over mcvay the year we won the Super Bowl.

Others can have all the awards as long as we win the SB. I'll happily take that again.

I'm curious what the Eagles plan is with Britain Covey. He's only played in two games since the Saints game. Being on just punt return mitigates some of the risk but that's still a long layoff to throw a guy out there for the NFCCG.

Depends on where in Arizona. Up in Phoenix i don’t know many. They are super expensive particularly Scottsdale area. I can ask some friends that golf up there. I know some down in Tucson. Tends to be cheaper down here than Phoenix. Problem is April is prime golf season. So they jack up the price from February to end of May.  when it’s June-August rates drop cause it’s so hot. Trick is to try to get out there around 630 cause it’s super cheaper and nice outside until 9-10am.

That one could be on my list as a twilight round; daytime hours it hits $200+ as well.

I played a twilight round at the PGA West Stadium Course some years ago, and when we got to the 17th hole island green it was pretty much dark because of the slow play in front of us.  I still wanted to play it, so my brother and I teed up and hit our tee shots.  We rode down to the green hoping to find a ball there -- no luck.  For how dark it was there could have been a ball in the fringe and we wouldn't have seen it.

Gotta love those people who decide to get smashed before the party even starts.

There's conflicting stuff out there but some people are saying Mitchell didn't practice either
