Newest Eagles fan came this morning at 4am…I’m tired AF.  I’ll make sure to post some photos this weekend of her in her baby Eagles gear!  Despite my sleep deprived wishes, she is not named Saquon and

Does anyone think the Bills are going to win? I’d like to see Josh Allen in the SB for a change but I feel like the Chiefs are inevitable.

Think … sure.  However, not sure by any means.

I wonder what they'll do with Carter.

Line him up over the backup guard and make the Commanders double him, or just put Milton over the backup and let Carter do his thing so the Commanders are forced to block Milton 1 on 1 with the backup

Both

Yep.  See what works.  IMO, a double team is putting 2 bodies on 1.  I realize that’s being captain obvious.  But, IMO, a backup getting double team help isn’t that much worse than a quality starter getting it.  The real vulnerability will be in the 1:1 that Williams gets.  I think Williams 1:1 against a backup could be an ugly mismatch.

Who is Conor McGregor? And why is he relevant?

He's not. Just thought it was out of left field that he's an Eagles fan.

The Eagles didn't break out an alternate jersey yet in the playoffs. Kelly this week? 😂

That's what I was thinking.  Carter is so good he'll produce against regular doubles, so leave Milton against the backup most of the time.

I think the Bills take KC this week.  Handily, too.

I think the NFL may have the refs on notice not to embarrass the league. Probably wishful thinking.

Heard on one of the podcasts that may keep in one spot over the backup as wft goes fast and can save him a breath or two moving around for the favorable matchup.  Implying that they will double him no matter what so why not press the advantage and let the other guys feast.

I want to stir the Jalen Hurts pot for a minute here.

We all know there is a faction where he can do no right.  There is a faction where he can do no wrong.  I have a bone to pick with the moderates here.  And this happens to be the group that most aligns with national media and fans.  This group keeps saying they have concerns about the viability and performance of the "Eagles' passing game."

The *Eagles' passing game* features the best OL in the NFL.  The Eagles' passing game features a WR duo that, prior to this season, anyone around here would argue was the best in the entire NFL.  The Eagles' passing game features a TE that, while injury prone, most around here would argue is elite when he plays.  The Eagles' passing game traded a 3rd round pick for a 1st round pick WR that had more than double his current production in each of his first two NFL seasons.

So when discussing all these concerns with "the Eagles' passing game," why is everyone in this group so afraid to use Jalen Hurts' name?  Are we trying to insinuate that the problem is our OT's?  Or AJ Brown not being a true #1?  Or Devonta is more of a depth WR that shouldn't be starting?

Why does every single national analyst (and lots of local ones) feel more confident labeling this team's preeminent liability as "the passing game"???

Dallas Goedert is hurt YET AGAIN. This guy can't stay on the field. We need a new TE- this guy just is hurt every 5 minutes- can't count on him at all.

I am on day 3 of not making a post about Hurts. So stop it.

So I guess it was difficult for him to get too "fired up” before the wild card and divisional rounds?  That’s a weird quote.
