Playing devil’s advocate, OC and HC are different jobs. I think it’s possible, though highly unlikely, that Schottenheimer could be a better HC than OC.

Probably a combo of an awful offseason + an awful season + an awful HC hire + a guy who failed miserably as HC + a familiar guy which can feel uninspiring on its own

The most interesting part of this is the late addition of Cameron Erving to the Practice Squad.   It makes you wonder if they have any interest in Gates actually suiting up this week at all, but elevating Erving as the emergency C behind Jurgens and Dickerson.

They needed a Center for the scout team during the weekly practices.

Idk why any Eagles fans would hate the Packers.  Overall I don't feel any kind of way about them good or bad. I was annoyed that they sucked ass every time they had an opportunity to help the Eagles seeding this season, but that's about it.

It didnt matter anyway. You guys ended up with Homefield throughout the playoffs due to the Lions getting beat.

It’s a game they *should* win. 
 

Roster is far superior & it’s at home. 
 

But if the offense craps the bed, they can hang around & maybe pull it off. 

Wonder if playing Washington in the title game will change the dynamic in the NFCE and make them the more heated rival than the Cowboys moving forward. Cowboys seem pretty cooked and JD is up and coming and will be a threat for years to come.

Yeah, I would think that the Packers are pretty "neutral" as far as NFC rivals would go. We obviously hate our divisional rivals the most, but there are a bunch of others -- Saints, Vikings, Seahawks, Bucs, 49ers -- that Eagles fans would normally hate too based on recent (past twenty years or so) events. The Packers don't really fall into that category for us.

It’s only one year. JD could be terrible next season and fizzle out.

• No call on Pickett slide, clearly a penalty at a key moment
• Devonta with his only drop of the year when a catch would have all but sealed the W
• 12 man on the field totally botched assignment on long Zacchaeus TD ; can't remember any other total whiff by the secondary this year
• Atrocious kickoffs ; Elliott now kicking

There were a ton of non normal things that went wrong for the Eagles in that game (no doubt I missed several) and still the Commanders needed a last second TD to win the game by 3.  If Cam plays and Hurts can run just a little we are N'Orleans bound.
