We played you guys tougher than Washington did wouldnt you guys agree?

Defensively, yes. But Washington’s offense was scarier.

That's so petty. Not that it matters much, but still. Who cares if Harris owns the Commies. Be a good sport. Harris is the Fing worst.

I dont think we would have beaten Washington either. I think they would have beaten us by a couple scores.

Probably during the offseason

I saw a screenshot of the lowest at $4k but when I looked like a month ago it was $6k+

Cheapest now looks to be $5,995

When it was in Glendale, the night before the game upper level tickets in midfield dropped to 2650. That was the lowest i saw during the week leading up to it.

I have to eat some crow on Sirianni and Hurts. Jobs not finished but still I have not been the nicest to them (mainly Sirianni). Hurts I’ve given the benefit of the doubt mostly until the playoffs where I got concerned. Sirianni I’ve been an absolute a-hole about.

I will continue to berate them because it has worked up to this point. I like to believe that my comments are what fuels them to be better

I posted it yesterday but it's worth repeating

I would argue some of the Sixers problems stemmed from the top down.   First, he let the NBA push him around to put Colangelo in charge. Who pissed away assets they had and had burner gate on top of it all. Harris never should’ve allowed that. Stick with your plan. then he allowed Brett Brown to Be making personnel decisions at a critical time in the sixers window. Brown had no business being given that much clout. Frankly brand also shouldn’t have been as he was still young in his position. They paid the price as they signed Horford to a miserable contract and Tobias Harris while letting butler walk. And don’t get me started with their training, staff and medical staff. They’ve been a disaster in that area for years now. Part of the reason why the Sixers are stuck where they were and are where they do now is because of countless issues stemming from the top down.

The fact that they ultimately had to just hope Paul George lasted at an all star level for at least two seasons to give them a chance of a championship window, is because they did it wrong. That was your last hope with Joel Embiid because you pissed away assets and cap space and made poor decision after poor decision for years. And it all started with Harris bowing down to silver at a critical time in their building of the team.

I will give Harris credit because he’s willing to spend money on the roster, but just cause you spend money doesn’t mean you’re good at it. The money they’ve spent has gone to some really **** contracts and screwed their window with embiid. Simmons extension bad. Horford awful. Tobias Harris bad. Looking like Paul George is not gonna stay healthy and be a bad contract.

Yep. Daniel Snyder was a big spender too. Didnt make him a good owner. Harris is a bad owner.

If I were a younger RB in college coming up, I’d be thanking Saquon and giving him a piece of my signing bonus. That position was on the verge of being endangered and has been devalued across the league. And then he absolutely exploded this season and sent his team to a Super Bowl. It’s a rare skillset and takes a special player that doesn’t come around often, but teams will be trying to find a carbon copy of him. He made Ashton Jeanty a lot of money. I can see a team taking him higher now.

Yeah the author also doesn’t say (or possibly realize) that it wouldn’t be where the ball is in football BUT where the nose of the ball is or very edge of the  ball is (if the football is sideways) vs the very edge of the first down line.

So that’s why the entire football would need to be "censored” in football - not just the center or through "optical cameras”

Calcaterra isn't a horrible blocker.

He misses blocks all the time.  At best, he is very mediocre blocking.

Didn't Huff have a good Specials play? Or maybe it was Hunt.

For sure, he spends money, but they spend it poorly. And it stems from the people he puts in charge. I’m fine with what Morey did last off-season because that was about the last sliver of hope that you had to win a championship. Sadly it rested on hoping Paul George miraculously staying healthy for at least two years which was really unlikely. But you were Fed the moment that he put colangelo in charged then Brett brown then dealt bridges away and followed it up with giving Horford a contract, Harris his extension and allowing Ben Simmons to do whatever he wanted. The countless poor decisions by ownership and spending the cap on what they did cost the Sixers their championship window. should’ve been far better with the amount of assets and cap space they had than what happened.

Credit to Steen - every time that dude has been asked to come in he has played really, really well.  Didn't hear his name called once.  Stoutland is a f'kin genius.

What's the word on the injuries to Landon and Cam?  Hopefully nothing serious?

Cam said, he's playing. I'd imagine a good week of rest will do wonders for him. I wouldn't be surprised if after the season we're told Dickerson played half of this year on a partially torn ACL or something along those lines.

Huff didn't play any ST's so probably not him

It was Huff he created the internal pressure that allowed Smith to get the sack.

You won't be loving it when Roseman takes the opportunity to be GM for the Celtics to try it out in a different sport.

You’re a little late there. Prices will only go up as the game gets closer.

Now we know why the Eagles were selling snow to make a few extra bucks.

If only Josh Harris would buy the Celtics and Lurie would buy the Sixers. I hate Josh Harris.

Yea but you'd need to pay for the lastminute flight and/or hotel

If I go that is how I will do it.

Fly in the day of, watch the game, celebrate, sleep at the airport until I get my flight back out on Monday.

And will buy a ticket the night before or day of, ticket prices always fall.
