I doubt Barrett would pass through waivers or he would get claimed before the Eagles could get him

Middle son got his official acceptance letter from University of Illinois today. Offering $38,000 scholarship over 4 years. He's still undecided as he's also been accepted to NIU, Illinois State, SIU. Wants to either study engineering or business. The engineering program at U of I is intense, but it's also like the 5th best school in the country. He's worried he doesn't have the chops for it.

Anyone else have a kid accepted to a major school but they're hesitant because of the school's perceived difficulty?

He's taken all AP physics and math since he was a Junior in HS. I think the kid has what it takes but he's not as confident.

I thought the Titans had a good defense, but the Commanders are lighting em up.

Eagles defense held the Commanders to 18, Titans with their #2 ranked defense already has given up 28 to them and it's not even halftime yet.

I’d say that shows how worthless defensive rankings are more than anything. Watching the Titans this year their defense doesn’t pass the #2 defense eye test.

I love Jake Elliott, but when the Eagles had Dicker they may have had 2 of the 4 best kickers in the NFL in the roster at once. I’ve never seen that guy miss.
