Are you in the facebook group "Yes! We Are Eagles Nation"? Your posts are definitely similar to some of the people in there that bring up race a lot

Nah. People have a way of bringing up race without bringing up race…but you already acknowledged you were slow…to one poster who brought up race. So 🤷🏽‍♂️

The Chiefs hate is hilarious to me lol

The only times I’ve rooted against the Chiefs since they hired Reid was when they played the Eagles.

Holy hell is Maria Hyatt 7 ft tall?!?!

I don’t really hate the chiefs. I do think they get the benefit of some calls at times. But to me chiefs feel very much like 2023 eagles but have reid, mahomes and a much better defense. Add on their offense turns the ball over a lot, which was a problem that the Eagles had last year, especially through the first 10 games. And their defense the last three weeks has had trouble getting off the field at the end of the games when they needed to get a stop.

The AFC is wide open to me. I think the afc playoffs are going to be wild.

if I’m the 2 seed in the afc i want the broncos getting in over Cincinnati. Nix has played better but he’s still a rookie and i think the bengals can get into a shootout with almost anyone and pull an upset.

In 1999, Kurt Warner was NFL MVP and SB MVP.  His qb rating was 109.2.

#2 was 94.6.  That’s a 14.6 point gap.  Brady, Manning, Rodgers, Brees, and Mahomes have never separated themselves that far in every measurable aspect of passing above their contemporaries.  That season was one of the single greatest catalysts for changing the attack ratio of nfl offenses.  It was transformational.

Then he won another MVP and went to 2 more SBs, including one with another franchise.

So yes…Jackson and Allen have work to do before measuring up to Kurt Warner.

Allen is pretty clearly a better QB than Hurts

I think they're on par honestly. One throws for more TDs while one makes up for it with tush push TD's. both have had their problems with turning it over and both run/scramble well. Hurts has a better deep ball. It's debatable imo, but I agree that Allen on this team would throw for way more TDs.

Edit. With Allen on this squad, maybe we run the TP just as much which would bring his passing TDs down some 🤷🏽‍♂️

Some calls at times? It's all the time. They have won multiple Superbowls because of their zebras. Eff that team and whiney ass Kermit

I’m guessing Goff is likely on the list. Outside of the disaster against Houston he’s been good.

Goff?

The Lions have done a great job of masking his weaknesses by not having to play from behind. Put him in a situation where he has to come back from behind and you get the 5 INT game. Give him a 4 score lead and he can pass for an additional 200 yards and 3 more TDs after halftime against a team that quit on the season.

He is very far from being an MVP. He's thriving as a game manager. To be considered an NFL MVP, there really has to be a strong argument that you make the players on your team better or at the very least are the main reason your team is winning games.

The Lions should certainly get to the playoffs. When it is time for Goff to be the key player on their offense, they will exit the postseason.

 I just didn't realize you were talking about race with the golden boy crap because it's a lame excuse but good luck with that thought process

Allen is a 6’5” Hurts with a much, much stronger arm.  That’s really the biggest difference.

Before the Texans game, he had a five week stretch where he had 17 incompletions , 11 touchdown passes and 0 ints. He was completing 84% of his passes and had a 146 qb rating. He was awful in the Texans game but outside of that game he has had 18 touchdown passes to four interceptions and has a QB rating of 106.

Stronger arm doesn't equate to a better/accurate deep ball. Did u watch the game today?

Yay Bills

Mahomes' struggles continue.

And yet his odds of winning MVP are 4 times higher than Barkley because of reasons.......?🤷 He shouldn't even be listed. He's sucked this year.

I have to sit through Allen every week.  He’s a bigger Hurts with stronger arm.

And while Hurts absolutely throws a beautiful deep rainbow, the other half of that accuracy is that he has quite possibly the two best ball tracking WRs in the nfl adjusting their route underneath those passes.

I didn't mind them until we got completely screwed by one of those timely "chief flags". Mahomes is the new Brady. Every time the whiny btch wants a flag, he gets one.

Gotta hope Richardson plays like he did today against the lions next week. He looked good out there. So maybe the benching helped. Or he’s not tired anymore

He had some rest the last few weeks, but seriously, as much as it sucks, we may need to pull for San Fran later in the year, unless we pick up a couple losses before they meet. If we can't catch Detroit by then, then they may as well help stick a dagger in San Fran.

Idk how mahomes is 4th considering his season hasn’t been all that great statistically. Like i said Goff deserves it. You don’t play 5 consecutive weeks of football have 11 tds with no ints and 146 QB rating and just 17 incompletions. Thats mvp caliber Qb. Outside of the Texans and Bucs games he’s been ridiculously good. Really the Texans game he was awful. But still has 18-4 TD to int ratio outside of that game and third highest QB rating.

Lamar Jackson has a chance to finish this season with more MVP awards (3) than playoff wins (2).

He won’t win the MVP as a QB of a wild card team

I think Barkley is a true Most valuable player. What's our record without him? It ain't 8-2.

Tbh we have to hope San Francisco is still in the race at that point for the division. Because their schedule is not easy and they have to stay healthy. To me the lions schedule really set up well for them because they don’t have to go outdoors ourside of three games this year. and by the time they get to San Francisco and the Bears, those teams may or may not have much to play for

They realistically have 4 more games they could potentially lose: Vikings, SF, Bills, and Packers. I think they probably go 2-2 in those 4, or at worst 1-3.

I said before my top 6 is some order of Allen, hurts, Barkley, Lamar, Goff and Henry. Frankly, without Saquon, we would definitely not be 8-2. So a case for him can be made

I think at the very least they beat the Vikes. I just don't believe in them, and Detroit got the road win over them already. Their home games against GB can be goofy, like GB pulling off the Turkey Day upset last year. Their game against Buffalo can be fun.
