Odds are odds, not a ranking of merit for who should win as of this moment.  But…Vegas doesn’t mess around.  

Barkley and Goff are lower than they *should* be because Vegas is predicting they won’t keep it up.  Mahomes is Mahomes and Vegas thinks he’ll correct his stats a bit as the Chiefs still cruise to the 1 seed…so he’s higher than he’s earned so far.

Hurts is 5th in MVP odds. If the Eagles win this 2 game road trip, he's gonna shoot up.

Barkely is a non-factor in the MVP race, it's a QB award. He'll win OPOY though.

I’d argue Herbert deserves to be higher than Daniels, stroud, purdy and darnold. He hasn’t thrown an interception since week two. And go look at the chargers playmakers. I would argue his weapons are bottom 10 in the league. Don’t think he deserves the mvp but he’s played better than stroud, purdy, stroud considering what he has to work with.

I agree that Herbert is doing more with less.  But I don’t think MVP awards should punish Hurts for his supporting cast or credit Herbert for his.  Wins and stats.  Whomever has the best combination of the two should get the award.

I wouldn’t put him over hurts. I put him over those guys I mentioned because I don’t think those guys besides Darnold and Daniels have really played consistently well. Frankly, CJ Stroud has not played well in like a month. And purdy has been wildly inconsistent

I think it would also be comical if Goff won it and the SB as the rams traded him away thinking he wasn’t good enough. His schedule sets up well. He has a big time game vs. josh Allen. If he plays well and wins it’ll help him a lot. He is going to put up some good stats next week vs. the colts. After its vs. bears, vs Gb, vs. bills, at bears, at sf and vs. Minnesota.

Was thinking about this too…it would also make the Stafford/Goff trade the most even trade probably ever in sports.  If it can’t be the Eagles, i want Buff or Detroit to win.

Rams offense is among the best in the league right now. I wouldn't be shocked if we end up having to scratch and claw our way out of there with a win.

I'd put at Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and at Washington ahead of LA.

LA isn't a common opponent, we could lose to them with less of an impact to the tiebreakers with the Commanders.
