I said a few posts ago, he’s under the radar playing really well. Hasn’t thrown a pick since week 2. And he’s really doing it with a group of weapons that’s likely bottom half if not bottom 10 in the league. Frankly, if they get him better weapons with the coaching they have, the Chargers probably could challenge the Chiefs for the division. I don’t think they’re that far off from the Chiefs. their defense is 8th in dvoa.

Just to beat a dead horse for a little fun…Lamar Jackson has 2 MVP awards and 2 career postseason wins.  Barry Sanders has 1 MVP award and 1 career postseason win.

I’m not aware of anyone else in all of the 4 major sports with the same ratio of MVP awards to playoff games won.  Sort of a fascinating distinction.
