I hope they can figure out the 2022 passing game and just do that. The passing game in 22 combined with Barkley would give us the greatest offense ever

Barkley going to move up to 1 in mvp odds?

He better, Allen had no business being the MVP odds on favourite.

I think it varies from game to game, play to play, but Fran has been saying for weeks he thinks the play design is a bigger part of the blame for the offense than Hurts when he studies the film. He acknowledges plays Hurts misses, but he's spent a lot of time going over the play design and how many plays are doomed to fail. And FWIW, Shane has been saying the same thing too.

If it weren't for Barkley, this offense would be sizeably worse than last year and last year it wasn't exactly dynamic either. I think their passing DVOA is like 16th in the NFL and this is a team with an elite OL and Brown and Devonta. Like, c'mon.

I mean Moore had top 5 offenses in Dallas and was praised for his play design, why all of a sudden is the play design bad here?

The O-Line was meh today in pass protection. Especially in the A gap. You wonder if Kelce would have made a difference there.

My gripe with Hurts is his inconsistency and that he really hasn’t evolved into a better pocket QB. He still makes the same boneheaded decisions that drive a lot of fans crazy. It’s not about missing throws here and there that all quarterbacks miss, but the really dumb plays that offset some of his really good plays. He’s not a rookie anymore but still makes dumb decisions over and over again.

With that being said, I still wouldn’t trade our problems at the moment with the majority of the teams in the league. We are in a good position and we’ve been winning a lot of games these last couple of years. And Hurts deserves some credit for that as well:

It’s also funny how a few days ago on here the Lions, who suck and are frauds, were a lock to lose to the Bills who are now also frauds and suck because they are losing to the Rams.

Hurts did?   All by himself?

Saquon's career day didn't play a major role in that?  302 scrimmage yards and 2 Tuddys by Saquon, but Jalen Hurts beat the Rams?  Really?

Why is it so hard to say that teams win games, not individual players, specifically focusing on the QB?

Exactly what I'm talking about lol. Everyone knows teams win games, but we were talking about the QBs here. In the head the head match up, Hurts won.

The fraud bowl is next week

Judging by the comments from the players, this team seems on the verge of another meltdown.

No, the Eagles do

My guess is Moore didn't bring his entire offense with him like they claimed or wasn't allowed to implement it all and only installed bits and pieces and it's still largely Sirianni's offense just with added wrinkles. It looks similar to last year. This feels like a Sirianni offense and that's what I think the problem is.

Saquon beat the Rams, like every other game this year. Try again

Not sure why they aren't dancing in the street over today's victory.  Everything is fine.  Nothing needs to be addressed.

So now Brown and Smith are pointing fingers at the garbage passing game.

Huh, weird. Can't imagine why

The guy wearing an Owens jersey because it’s the same number as Calculator is hilarious

Shakir went beast mode

what a run

Don't play dumb. You're well aware how they keep stats of QB wins vs teams. And the point was Hurts already won vs the Rams, and Josh was/is losing atm

I’m not saying that.  Passing game is awful.  But that’s not going to change until we have a different quarterback.  People need to accept that and adjust their expectations accordingly.

They really need to go to the Michael Scott school of group dynamics.

The real test is next week. If we beat Bacarty’s Steelers, confidence will be restored here and in the Eagles locker room.

That’s not a real quote is it?

I honestly have no idea. It's possible it's paraphrasing or straight up not true. Figured one of the factcheckers on here would correct it if it wasn't
