I honestly have no idea. It's possible it's paraphrasing or straight up not true. Figured one of the factcheckers on here would correct it if it wasn't

I didn’t watch the PC but that account doesn’t make up stuff so it’s paraphrasing at best.

So now Brown and Smith are pointing fingers at the garbage passing game.

Huh, weird. Can't imagine why

DeVonta will be the interesting one to monitor. AJ has done this in the past, but DeVonta has always been the quiet one. If he starts getting vocal I’ll get a little concerned. I don’t mind them being critical but this is a run-first team and the best part of it. They can’t neglect Saquon just to appease those two with targets.

I mean Moore had top 5 offenses in Dallas and was praised for his play design, why all of a sudden is the play design bad here?

I touched this earlier…if you talk to any of the 3 knowledgeable and sane Dallas fans, Moore was a huge part of the issue there too.  He was conservative, lacked creativity and coached backwards often.

That's my concern as well. We need to stick to the run game.

Having said that, they have plenty of opportunities all game long and Hurts doesn't seem them, throws late, takes a sack, etc

Ah ok. Appreciate it. That's still not good though

Don't play dumb. You're well aware how they keep stats of QB wins vs teams. And the point was Hurts already won vs the Rams, and Josh was/is losing atm

It's been dumb that they keep that sort of stat for a QB since the first moment they did that.   Football is the ultimate team game.  To present anything different than that is to not understand the game.      And frankly, watching that game, Hurts wasn't much of a factor in that win.  He was on the trailer, and he watched the OL, Saquon and the defense do the heavy lifting.   All he did was make sure he didn't lose the game for the team.

Of course, Allen is responsible for the Rams putting up 38 points on the board.  That's completely his fault.   Of course, Allen has put 21 points on the board, which would be enough to win with the Eagles' defense only giving up 20 in that game.   So, who won that game?   It wasn't Hurts.  If we pick an individual, its Saquon.  If we don't, then its the team.  Any other presentation of how that game went is pushing a narrative.

Overreactions are the favorite past time of the EMB.   Don't try to change us!

We better win next week because I have no idea how to react to losing to a team that lost to the Cowboys who lost to the Falcons who lost to the Vikings who lost to the Rams who got blown out by the Cardinals who got out blown out by the Commanders 🤯

I expect forced throws to Smith and Brown next week. Whether it works is another story lol

The Bills defense is getting shredded. Rams look like the greatest show on turf.
Our D played lights out against them, so I’ll give them a pass for todays effort.

So someone is wondering why we don't talk about Josh Allen for 3 pages when he misses an open WR like we do about Hurts.

Could it be that Hurts plays for the Eagles and this is an Eagles message board.

Not really that hard to figure out.

Every QB that's played for this team has gotten criticized, complaints, rants, hate, etc. from McNabb to Kolb to Vick to Bradford to Foles to Wentz and now Hurts.

We care about our QB, whoever that may be. When they aren't playing well, they will get criticized.

I'm fine for the most part with how Hurts has been playing.  He's hasn't been turning it over and they've been winning mostly off of the O-line and Barkley with Hurts making some timely plays.

I'd still like to see more of him as a passer and feel this offense should be better at throwing it with all the talent around him.

With the star receivers frustrated & poor pass game performance, the coaches have to right the ship now if they’re going to do anything in the playoffs.

Hurts has performed better in his career. He's had better games this season when even his biggest critics praised him & said if he plays like that they can win. They need to figure it out.

If they squander the opportunity in the playoffs again, Lurie will be looking at his investment and the Super Bowl window and demand a change. They already changed coordinators. They have a top defense, top RB, top O line and arguably the top WR duo. They’re winning games, but should be doing more in the pass game (obviously) and have the talent on line & receivers.

I don’t think they’re concerned with their targets.  The concern is when the ball isn’t handed off to the RB, either by play design or incompetent QB play is usually a negative play.

That's weird because a lot of people in the media talked about how creative his offenses were with motions and routes. Conservative, sure that's something fans can see. But I don't think that's the case here either.

Edit: also AJ's comments say he's getting open and isn't getting the ball, so the play design can't be that bad

Hurts post game interview is awful. No accountability

They can be a run first team, but one thing they can do is go back to more conventional runs.   Activate the FB, go to I formation, run traditional play action pass, and design and call some plays that are specifically designed to feed Brown and Smith a little.   With Goedert out, and no real #3 WR, that's all it would take.   If they throw the ball 20 times a game, and 10 of them are specifically focused on getting the ball to Brown and Smith... maybe on a slant or seven, since Brown is almost unstoppable on those, its an easy problem to fix.   But, they need to take some of the decision making away from Hurts.  Fewer RPOs and ROs.  More straight runs, and straight passes.  Don't make him do all the decision making.  Keep it simpler for him.  Hand to Barkley.  Throw to AJ and Davonta.  It's not that complicated.

Is JP still in the league? If not, we need to sign him just to intimidate Jake on the sidelines, 'No more missed kicks!'

Allen really needs to find a way to stop the Rams' passing attack!

The team to do that against was the Ravens and the Panthers, who we averaged around 100 yards a game who give up on average 230+ a game.

Anytime the Cowboys look remotely successful the entire media collectively gets on their knees to praise them.  Typically the truth is somewhere in the middle…Moore isn’t a terrible OC, but he’s far from one of the best.

Not to appease but to allow them to make plays.  Brown should get the ball at least 6 times a game.  He is so good at  RAC that 4 catches a game is insulting.  Smith should be at 6 minimum as well.

Shakir is having himself a game.
