but The Boys and Gmen have a 40 point shootout, lol.

With Pop Guns 😂

As for the playoff picture.  The #1 Seed is far from settled. Eagles and Vikings are 8-2 and the Lions are 9-1.  The Vikings and Lions still play each other so that will knock one or the other down.   Packers are 7-3 They also play the Lions again.  So the NFC North is far from finished yet.  Commanders are 7-4 and leading the last Wild Card spot.  They play the Eagles once more but the Eagles are up basically 2 games.  They are one more win and another Commanders loss from taking a huge lead in the division.

The NFC West are in their own battles with who comes out with Cardinals leading now but there are 5-5 teams that are still alive (49ers, Seattle, Rams). Falcons and Tampa are fighting for the South with the Saints and Carolina barely alive but most likely out.  I believe the Eagles must finish with 13 wins.   This means they win these games for sure (The Boys, GMen, Carolina), that's 11 wins.   Then (Rams, Ravens, Steelers, Washington), they must go 2-2 at worst so that's 5-2 down the stretch.  I believe that's doable.   In that scenario, The Lions would just need to lose 2 games which possible.

Not sure Dallas or NYG get the #1 pick.  They still arent worse than Carolina, LV, Jax, Tennessee and Cleveland.  Still about 7 games to go.

Giants are close at #4 now but Dallas is far down at #9:  Carolina has actually played a little better and might win a few more games.   You're right about Jax, Tenn, Cleveland and LV, they just keep losing week after week.

It's too early for bags on heads.   No respect for real losing teams/fans like the 'Aints fans in 1980.

The game in Germany disagrees.  The Giants are worse than Carolina... at least on that day.

Naming Devito as the starter is the Giants stating their intention to go for a top 3 pick.

I haven't really looked at the top 10 prospects this upcoming draft.   Obviously the 2 Colorado guys are up there but not sure who else.  Cam Ward too I'm sure.

I know but I'm saying there's still 7 games left.   Any of those teams could win another couple games.  Depends on schedule I guess.

Devito gave the Giants a little spark last year so they might win a couple more games.

Way too early to predict playoff seeding.  The regular season is about 60% along; Week 15 is when the playoff picture even begins to take shape.

Martin has missed 11 total games in his career and has many more pro bowls and all pro selections than Johnson. LJ is a hell of a player, but Martin has performed better over the years imo. Taking nothing away from a great leader for the Eagles.

Martin is the second best G I have seen in the silver and blue but it is wearing on him.   But the OL has a serious depth problem.

Thats like a flying guillotine...very lucky someone wasn't killed honestly..

Handled the practice tent collapse matter back in the day.  That one almost did kill people.  Jerruh and falling objects and his team are not a laughing matter.

The most important predictor of winning the Super Bold is HFA. It's not too early to look at the one seed. At a minimum, we'd want the #2 seed wrapped up by week 18 so we can rest our guys and get a mini-bye.

McCarthy has to be fired.  The team has absolutely quit on him.

Any of them could, certainly.

Is it?  Three of the last four Super Bowl champions have been 3, 4, and 5 seeds.

After Larry Allen.

The most important factor in winning the Super Bowl is getting a seed from1 to 7

Ironically, keeping Danny Dimes as the starter probably would have helped their chances of getting the #1 pick.  They're just cheap AF and don't want to pay him.

Cowboys should also fire their GM.

I’m trying to think of a way to word this without diminishing how absolutely good he is…Martin is def not a unicorn.  He’s got plus athletic and physical attributes, but at the end of the day he’s just an amazing football player from a technique, consistency, and IQ standpoint.  Which is what I hope Dickerson continues to develop into.  I remember we flamed the Turds a bit for the pick…but he might have been the ‘smartest’ draft pick Jerry has had in 20 years.   I’m curious a couple years after he calls it quits how the HOF voters will treat him.

Whereas Allen was a complete physical freak who happened to also be very good at football too lol.

The next month will answer whether this Eagles team is for real.

Rams: Possibly the best pocket passer left in football, 2 elite WRs, a relentless pass rush

Ravens: Best offense in the league, healthy Lamar + Henry

Panthers: Eagles of yesteryear get Chuba Hubbard 4 yard runs all game and lose ugly to this garbage team.

Steelers: Big time defense. How do Eagles respond if Saquon gets shut down and Hurts is chased around all game? Defensively, is this DK vs Slay from a few years ago with Pickens instead?

One thing's for sure, we're gonna learn a hell of a lot about how good this young secondary actually is.
