I love BG but he was hypocritical saying don't talk through media, go to the person when he talked about it in the media himself. Not even his situation to speak about publicly. As a leader, go to your teammates in person and keep it in house.

This team has had a culture problem since 2018 with the Wentz/Foles/Alshon drama, not to mention the Lurie/Doug drama.

AJ & Hurts are friends but the frustration getting in the way. Two 1,000 yard star receivers are frustrated in the lack of pass game. Veteran star O linemen vocal in media about the coaching, play calling and offensive efficiency. Hurts has a mental block, and since the offseason has said many times he's just doing what he's being asked to do.

Howie has built a championship roster, he's even finally been nailing the draft. Lurie wants championships from his investment including two new coordinators & top RB. 

If they lose their first playoff game again...

Not sure that clarification from Graham is any better. He’s been in that locker room for years. He knows, and it shouldn’t be that hard to know, the interpersonal relationship between two start players who were supposedly best friends. For him to just randomly assume that means there’s more to the story than a simple "whoops”.

I think the problem is the running game worked too well, and they've become too imbalanced the other direction, run, run, run, play action deep shot, run, run, PA deep shot . . .

If you want Hurts to put up fancy numbers, he needs a lot more routes designed to get players open quickly so he can rack up a bunch of 8 yard passes.

When I saw the video the first thing that came to mind was why the F are you saying anything. All you had to say was we need to handle stuff internally and we’ll do it. That’s all you had to say. He’s been here for 15 years. He knows how this is going to blow up. As a team leader it’s vastly disappointing that he also let the cat out of the bag and expect everything to just blow over.

I don't know what he was thinking. It was dumb, and clearly he was told to do damage control.
