I'm only speaking for myself, and I'm not miserable with this team at all. Frustrated yes. I'm trying to figure out what Jalen Hurts is. He's not the elite QB many think he is, nor is he the dog others say. He 100% brings value to this team and helps them win. At the same time, I think he holds back the passing game. Part of that might be on the play calling too, but I feel this offense is like a V8 firing on 5 cylinders. 

The 2024 Philadelphia Eagles are going to be defined by Saquon Barkley and the defense. Jalen Hurts is just in the drivers seat keeping the car at a steady 55 mph.

A lot of passing proficient QBs would, yes.

People need to listen to me more. Keep Dicker over Elliott. Draft a TE2 before it's too late. Jason Kelce is annoying.

I'll tell you what he is. He's a middle of the pack mediocre qb. He's no where close to elite. He might be the 13/14 best qb in the league

FWIW, I think the current era of QBs in the NFL is one of the worst in decades.

Eagles will be looking for TE1 come next years draft. Goedert will be entering the final year of his deal next season. Hard to imagine they extend him

I think people really underestimate how difficult it is to play QB when you have a different voice in your ear every year.

It is no shock to me that the time they went to the Super Bowl was the only time he had the same coordinator two years in a row. It was the same issue he had in college.

Excuse or not, it does play a factor.

Missed connection and complete long shot—

Leaving the Eagles game I was walking through parking lot S next to Citizens Bank Park and a very cute guys was getting into the back drivers side seat of a pickup truck. As I passed he yelled "you’re so beautiful, I just wanted you to know that” so something along the lines of that. Of course I was shy and a little stunned so just yelled thank you! I was so flattered.

Anyways, I should have stopped and exchanged numbers but missed my opportunity! By the time I had the guts to turn around, they were driving away. If anyone happens to know a group of 4 or 5 guys that went to the game and drove a darker grey or gold/grey pickup truck with 4 door type body, parked in citizen lot, please pass this along! Tall and white with facial hair. Got into the 2nd row on driver side. Figured worth a shot these days since apps sucks and this never happens! I know this doesn’t narrow it down much. . Here’s what I was wearing

This happened last year when people went looking for drama on his social media because his pfp was Tom Brady, thinking it meant something. Turns out he prior had Kobe Bryant, he had just been using top athletes.

This may be overblown, but no…he’s not inventing a feud for his amusement in the middle of a playoff run simply for the enjoyment of trolling the media.

How many years has he been in the league? The guy in the booth is responsible for him not being able to see wide open WR multiple times a game. The new guy in the booth is the reason he hasn't been able to see the field through every one of those coordinators? He is so fragile that unless every single thing is perfect he can't play QB? Just stop. This is who he is if you want to admit it or not.

I disagree fully. 
 

you may be thinking about the top end talent like the Elways and the Manning’s and the Favre‘s, but I’ve never known an era in NFL history where QB’s 14-15-16 were anywhere near Mayfield, Prescott, Cousins. Usually in the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s there were a good 10+ who probably shouldn’t have been NFL starters. 20 years ago Chad Pennington was an above average starter. Who would he start for today? 5 teams? Maybe a few more? I’m not benching Wilson for Pennington. Or Carr for Harrington. If you could Jameis for Jeff Blake, who you choosing? Probably Jameis, and he’s a bottom 10 starter. Blake was a pro bowler in his time.

We just have young QBs now. 10 years from now Allen and Burrow and Jackson will be looked at like Kelly and Young and Favre
