Should Eagles fans be rooting for the 49ers tonight? I’m not going to do so, btw.

If the Rams beat the Niners, doesn't that kill the Niners chance at the playoffs?  And therefore, don't we want them to win so they try their best to beat Detroit? If they wash out now, I suspect they will mail it in the rest of the way since that team is so soft emotionally.

Conversely, it is fun to see the Niners suffer.

Actually, we should be rooting for LA for any chance to win a 15-2 tiebreak vs. Minnesota.

I think that ship sailed long ago. Strength of victory is a lost cause at this point.

I thought it was basically impossible. To even be in a tie with the Vikings means Minnesota would have to beat two probably 10 win teams and the Lions who will be at 13/14 wins with the games they have left. 

Careful, according to the media if this Rams team gets into the playoffs then the Lions and Eagles should be scared.

I wouldn’t be afraid of the Rams. They can turn the offense on at times though like last week and play spoiler.

That’s an argument. But I also see the argument that you don’t want them to make the playoffs at all, where they are probably more likely to beat you than any of their division rivals would.
