Very misleading.  Not playing a game is a somewhat arbitrary measure for failure.

The Eagles have had only 4 out of 63 drafted players not play a game from the 2015 - 2023 draft classes.  Tanner McKee, Clayton Thorson, Donnell Pumphrey, and Alex McCallister.

KC has only one player not play a game, Da'Ron Brown.

But if you expand the criteria to having only played in 10 games or fewer (another arbitrary criteria), we have only 8 and they have 9.

TRIVIA:  Included in our 8 is Elijah Qualls, who drew the Delay of Game penalty on third and short against the Giants in 2017 that forced a field goal, allowing us the opportunity to tie and then beat them in week 3 on Elliott's 61-yarder.

While he was playing for the Eagles, I never once considered Eric Allen to be a Hall of Famer.

I am surprised to see the Cowboys that low because my impression is that they have had reasonable success.  It also doesn't correlate most wins in the NFL since 2015:

Only 3 out of the top 10 are the same.  I am not sure that percentage to play in the NFL really reflects that a team has more success in the draft.

You are a crumudgeon and just didn't like his flashy style of play.

You could throw a blanket over all five.  Ranking them is like ranking which is more important/valuable ... a policeman or a fireman.

No song was every created saying F the fireman sooo fireman are most important based off that.

Eli will go in because of his rings.  His regular season numbers were good / not great.

His last name helps, too.

Truth.

All 5 of those guys are the reason their team is losing.  I hate that we have to retire Dan Snyder from that list.  He should be in the bad owner HoF.

At the risk of being vilified, I have to agree. Ben Smith before his injury was better, as was Troy Vincent. An argument can be made for Lito Sheppard, Slay, and Asante Samuel, none of whom are HOF material.

My rule regarding HOF..."If you have to pause to think about it, then the answer is no."

Thinking about the defense today… who would you say is not playing well or above expectation?

I was hard pressed to come up with an answer outside of Huff. Davis is disappointing only in that he hasn’t developed as a pass rusher, but he’s playing really well vs the run. CJGJ started off rough but is playing much better of late.

Rookie corners tend to suck, but Mitchell and DeJean are ballin’. Slay is playing well. Blankenship is his usual steady self who somehow never drops a pick. Baun is like tue second best LB in football. Dean is a legit starter. Carter might not be a DPOY candidate, but he’s excellent. The rotation guys — Ojomo, Booker have flashed. Graham is plying as well as he has in years. Smith is a developing.

It’s just an incredible year of development.

Eric Allen does deserve to be in. Guy has more INTs and INT TD's than Deion Sanders, he just doesn't have the rings to solidify his gold jacket.

The thing that really grinds my gears is that I guarantee that they had the marketing team spend hundreds of hours on that and someone probably made a good chunk of change in doing so.  Basically typing in Jaguar into Microsoft Word and then going through all the possible font types.  Show of hands who likes Times New Roman.

They're aiming for high society types (and wannabes) who buy weird $10,000 refrigerators and $600 Balenciaga T-shirts.

Definitely not for me, but I think it's a good move. Can't imagine they're doing great. Do you know anyone, especially under 60, who drives a Jaguar?

Bryce Huff will be missing some time due to wrist surgery

Zangaro:

Eagles edge rusher Bryce Huff will undergo a procedure on his wrist Thursday, per sources.

Huff had played with a cast recently but getting it done now gives Huff an opportunity to return later in the season.

Bummer about Huff. Just not his year.

Jalyx Hunt season.
