These late slides are why defenders have no chance.   Eliminate the slide rule for QBs, and force them to truly give themselves up... early.  

 

That's a crap call.  And these late calls are why these QBs are getting hurt.

 

And the head and neck contact crap is nonsense too.   When they slide they expose their head and neck by putting it at the height where their hips just were.   The NFL needs to fix it.  But, they don't know how.

Late sliders should get lit up. Every single time
