You like more jobs? We just had the best jobs President in a generation. You replaced him with Trump

Yawn.  Post pandemic people came back to the jobs they already had, everyone knows this.  In later years, he unloaded dump trucks of money into the federal government to boost job growth...which amounted only to more drain on our fiscal deficit.

Actually you were.  Here's your list and the fate of the non birthright citizenship injunctions.  I'm failing to see the reason for outrage.

Carl Nichols Injunction – Union dispute which has been Overruled and now Dissolved by Nichols.  Nichols himself has said that the plaintiffs’ initial assertions of harm were "overstated.”

John D. Bates Injunction – Restoration of HHS websites.  Upheld by Federal judge and websites were restored

Joseph N. Leplant Injunction – Birthright citizenship

John C. Coughenour Injunction – Birthright citizenship

Those were just examples and at that point Trump had not complied.  There are many many more back then and now...

The point is that the Federal Courts are the Federal Courts and Trump needs to comply with ALL of their decisions.  Trump has many legal options to counter any of the decisions should he wish to pursue other outcomes.  Not complying is not one of them.

And just when MM8 falls out of the race, "the norseman” jumps in and gives Procus, and it’s hurts, a run for his money. Not necessarily wrong on ideology, just naive AF thinking trump and doge GAF about saving money.

You want more jobs or do you want to cut everything?

Anyone care to give a coherent argument as to WHY we should be cutting NOAA/NWS staff (agencies already understaffed)??  Anyone???  Is cutting the very people that run the weather models used by both the government AND the private sector at all a good idea??  This is bat sh!t crazy now!!!

because they need to "justify" their tax cuts for billionaires.

Good point, and how is that any different to what happened when Trump was president?  You realize the deficit exploded during his term, right?  And that's BEFORE the pandemic hit.  And the current spending bill that just got approved by the GOP, that Trump was pushing extremely hard to get passed, adds several hundred billion more to the current deficit.

The proper way to conduct an audit is examine and review the statements, policies, and procedures. Make an assessment, make recommendations, and work with the agencies. DOGE has done none of that. They went in with a sledgehammer and gutted the place out. There will be repercussions.

Yeah the agencies will self-downsize. Great idea!

So....because the active interests in keeping government money flowing are raising countless legal injunctions the administration should stop everything?  Because, you realize that zero progress will be made if they stop at every single injunction. The man was elected to dramatically reduce government spending, among other things.  I get that it's messy...but he either fulfils his promise or allows his administration to accomplish nothing.  The American people wanted a hammer and they got one.

I'm sorry that it's upsetting to Libercrats...or whatever the hell you people are.

Democrats always make tax cuts about people and income brackets because they don't understand or appreciate how lower corporate taxes incentivize businesses to invest and create US based jobs. Sure, maybe on personal income taxes the 1% can afford to find ways to better navigate the system, but the entire country has more, better paying jobs to choose from.

If you don't want to be called a Democrat.  Stop acting like one.

See, I can actually understand and to some degree agree with your first assessment.

That’s not my main issue with what is happening in the US right now. You know what, I would like nothing more than to be wrong about my gut feeling. Hell, if the three branches of government survive the „suspected" attacks from this administration and his buddies make more of a fortune, so be it. If he manages to stay out of prison etc. - then so be it. That’s the way it’s always been with these type of people. (And I think that Biden should have kept his word and not pardoned his son, although I know how hard that must be)

But if opposition to this nonsense is correct, then it will be a dark age in America.

Do you think that a Democrat, the free press or your neighbor with different views is your enemy?! Believe your American agencies or Putin and his KGB friends?!

Anyhow - policy issues are debatable, but the danger to Democracy isn’t.

GO BIRDS!😅🥳

He’s been in for four weeks mate. These things take time and he’s moving with light speed. Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. How hard is that to understand?
