C'mon Eagles, fly this kid and his family down to New Orleans (if he can travel). If he can't travel, you gotta hook him up with something great (maybe watch the game with a former player).

Brandon Graham as his host for the season opener.

Is it me or does everyone act like the eagles didn’t just beat the chiefs last season?

Swift had a big game.

Yeah, cause Rog was asked about it SB week cause it isn't not really a thing. People see what they are doing.

If the Eagles win and the MVP is not Hurts, Saquon, or AJ, who is it?

Jalen Carter

I have to ask... if you believe this, really believe this... why do you continue to watch the NFL?

If you really don't see what they are doing rigging games for them then having this conversation won't go far. I watch because I love the team and hope they don't make it close enough for them to do it.

That is an answer to "what” His question was "Who is the NFL in your scenario?”

Roger, which I said

Coaches like to pull on heartstrings. It's part of the job. But when you are talking about professionals that are laser focused on preparing themselves for work, I don't believe for a minute that something as cheesy as positional player rankings posted on a locker is going to make a difference in how they perform on the field. Lane doesn't care if Sewell is also a great OT. He's trying to play to the best of his ability every play. Why? Because he is great. Sewell has no impact on Lane's performance.

Last time I checked, nobody else types for me, so you can type whatever, but just because you typed it in your post does not mean I said it in mine.

Finally, this all started with the idea that fans whining about the refs favoring the chiefs (aka Chefs) would somehow motivate the Chefs to play better. I give you my personal guarantee that the Chefs will still do Chef things and whine for a flag at every opportunity. It isn't going to turn them into a better team.

They just asked Hurts if he likes being doubted as extra fuel to which he smiled and replied "It's no secret''

Players aren't great if they do this, according to you, so what are your thoughts?

Wholly ish! Wow, that is awful...how does this guy even have any success with what he's doing now?

Failed NFL doctors who have to resort to give opinions on Twitter is an extremely niche area. I wouldn't expect successful doctors wasting their time diagnosing video clips when they are actually being doctors and doing doctor things. Plus, a lot of people just don't know all that stuff. It's been like 13 or so years removed from him getting ousted of the NFL.

Four more days...

Well, if what you are saying is accurate, then they don't have the chance to do that.  The refs wouldn't let that happen.  The way I see it, if I thought the way you do, I just couldn't watch at all.  It would be like wrestling, and I have no desire to watch that.   I never really did.

He still practices medicine and is a practicing surgeon and has denied the accusations against him FWIW. I'm not saying he is or isn't guilty, just presenting the other side of it.

Chiefs dark magic man

I don't know, man. Imagining some grand conspiracy around every corner just doesn't seem like the healthiest way to enjoy your favorite sport.

It's not hard for the commissioner to  tell the heads of his crew to give calls to the Chiefs. Unless you think the 6 or 7 times it happened this year in key situations were all flukes along with the favorable calls for touching him. It so blatantly obvious at this point they are being called out by the media and questioned during SB week.

The general consensus is that there is a clear and obvious bias towards certain players/teams and posters here have admitted as much, but for some reason it's unimaginable to believe they may lean more heavily into those biases if it is beneficial for them.

Or, you know, for the last several years in the playoffs.

I'm shocked someone as intelligent as you are doesn't see the writing on the wall. You must believe in a lucky horseshoe they have that just happens to always have fortune shine in their favor...like third down twice vs the Bengals, the Houston game, Bills, our SB, the other multiple games this year. They get flags at just the right time to swing games and it's just luck.

Rap says Dickerson's knee injury is "fairly significant" one that would limit a lot of players. Probably MCL sprain or something.

Something going around the Eagles locker room for weeks is what one or more reported.  Several sounded sick after the DC game.

Like I said, if I truly believed it to the core of my being like you seem to do, I would stop watching immediately.  I'm not sure why you still watch.    It would be beyond frustrating to me.

I hear you, but look at just this year. This is just luck then?

I watch because I don't believe in scripts. That involves too many people, but Rog and his crew chiefs isn't that large. If the Eagles don't make mistakes and have it close they can win. If it's close KC is getting a call to screw them.
