Myles Garrett

It's a pipe dream.   And frankly, I'd rather Howie do the impossible and bring us Abdul Carter.

Wouldn't getting Carter be more of a pipedream? I would think it'd cost more to go from the bottom of the draft to the top right?

It is.  But, I figure, if I'm going to dream, why not dream really big?

Oh, it would take a ton, but he's also about 8 years younger than Garrett.

Step 1 of the process would be for Carter to fall for some unforeseen reason on draft night.  It's happened in the past, but seems highly unlikely.   But, maybe someone has a video of him wearing a gasmask bong that they could release at just the right moment.

Step 2 would then be to leap frog about 20 teams to get into position to draft him.  Extremely unlikely, which is why I actually classified it as impossible.

Garrett isn't coming here though either.  We don't have the draft capital nor the cap space.

You don't think Garrett would take a deal to go on a contender?

I seen a poster say he would give up 2 1st and 2 seconds and a 3rd for Garrett. What F are people smoking!? Garrett is a great player but, he isnt worth that closing in on 30 years old.

You don't think the Browns would be more interested in sending him to Washington or a team that has better draft capital to play with?  The first domino to fall would be getting the package of picks together to send to the Browns, and I just don't see the Eagles having the ammunition.

But, I also don't expect hometown discounts.  If they happen, great.  But I don't get my hopes up like that.

It does. However some of the podcasts I’ve listened to out of media row have had that issue

We know Embiid has already dictated to the Sixers he's not playing back-to-back.

If only the Sixers had dictated to him that he's not missing back-to-back .....

Not exactly great numbers for a team that wants to finance a new arena…

Lol

Him and the Refs saying they don't favor them  ahead of the super bowl is what worries me.

If Moore does indeed leave after Sunday, I want Frank as OC. But I admit that I've been a Frank Reich fan since his days at the University of Maryland after Boomer Esiason was drafted.

And last year, not sure why all of a sudden people are acting like Hurts hasn't seen this defense before and hasn't played well against it.
