The thing about that statue was, it was promised, and delivered by bud light. Because of the Dilly dilly/ Philly philly connection.

It’s very cool that nearly every player on this team will be able to look back on this game and remember something they individually did to help win the game.  That’s how you blow out the Chiefs in the SB.  Every single player approached it like it was their game of their life.

Jake Elliott FG redemption.
Consistent, solid punting from Mann.
Maddox with the critical 4th down PD.
BG drawing a key holding.
Steen stepping in at RG.
Burks playing like a starting LB.
Pretty sure that was Calcaterra recovering the onsides kick.

Obviously excluding the more obvious contributions.

I love that BG gets to go out a Super Bowl champion again, but I’m really happy for Slay as well. He’s probably gone, and he knows it. He still took Mitchell and DeJean under his wing and helped develop them. He got a lot of crap for his leadership style or lack there of, and some deserved. He was awesome this year.
