I was confident, but not that confident even with a 17 pt lead, knowing that we blew a 10 pt lead to that same team in the same game 2 years prior. But after the Baun pick deep in their own territory, I knew we had broken their spirits and the game was all but over right then.

Just the fact that Mahomes couldn't get comfortable and develop a rythm, you guys were only rushing four, and they never even tried to get the running game started...it was very telling early.

At half I said to the guys, this is going to be one of the fastest second halves in SB history...pound the rock, eat the clock, fastesst way to a title, and don't even let the Chiefs believe they can come back.

The bottom line is he got busted, served his time, and has been clean since. He’s been the best RT in football for a decade.

We’re going to have three different OL in Canton. What a job by Stout.

I would argue that the PED suspension made Lane better and in the process, made his colleagues on the OL better.  Lane embraced learning the position.  He was one of the founders of the OL offseason get together.  He built his barn and embraced building his body the right way and then he invited teammates to join him. Better cohesion.  I am not sure that happens given his anxiety issues without the PED threat hanging over his head.

Nope.

He posted after the AJ Brown OPI call. Nothing since. He better not try to insert himself into the Super Bowl parade either.

The New Heights podcast which usually celebrates both brothers and their teams, was all Chiefs hype leading up to the SB and the only reaction after is about the Chiefs. No congratulations to the Eagles.

Yeah I'm quickly turning on Jason TBH.

Re-watching some post game interviews and BG revealed they never had victory mondays this season. I hear from every player about the work they put in and how much more they felt they had done than in the past. Everyone talking about team team team. Just very different from last year where they never seemed to be on the same page.

You can see the bond this team has and that they genuinely care about each other.

Yeah, despite the outcome, I was actually a bit shocked at the number of pass plays called in the second half.

Boy the Washington fans on Reddit are having a meltdown.

I love it. They can have another one next season

Gotta love how this played out. Giants gift us Barkley. Commies trade back with us and we draft DeJean, who has a pick 6 in the Super Bowl.

The Cowboys, well. Someone check on Micah Parson's mental health.

So, can we all finally agree that Hurts is a good QB?  Anyone going to continue to say "Hurts is not a good QB"?

But what exactly does Sirianni even do?

There were 2 bad calls the entire game - the first two - one against us and one against them.  Other than that it was officiated perfectly fine.

I know it means nothing but early 2025 espn power rankings has us at 4.  just such disrespect.

Cowboys let us get devontae instead of the Giants

This should now cement Lane in the HOF

I’m still out of my mind with this. Just utter domination.  @RememberTheKoy, I’m sure you won’t acknowledge this bc you’re a POS human being, but your ridiculous massaging of Hurt’s ballsack has proven to be correct. Not because you’re smart.  It’s bc you’re lucky. Nobody could have predicted how he barely managed games the entire season, and then turned the switch on when it mattered most.  His interception last night didn’t even piss me off. 3rd and 5. Pressure right in his face and he gave the receiver a chance. It was basically a punt.  This roster is insane, and it truly feels like he’s the right guy to lead it. Just unreal. Also, I hate you.

Jalyx Hunt man... I think Howie found himself another stud. Don't forget when he was drafted the narrative was similar to Mailata. He's a convert, he's 2 years away. Dude stepped in for BG and was really good. What a draft Howie had. Wouldn't have won a SB without it.

His bull rush for a guy built like him is just incredible. He's only going to get better.

Big Sax Energy back too!

Jalen Carter>Jerome Brown. Look at the kind of OL Brown played against compared to what Carter is going against. OL today are freaks. Taking nothing away from Brown's legacy. Carter is already better and is going to be one of the best if he keeps it up.

He was a friggin safety 2 years ago too. I almost sheet myself when I heard that, but I didn’t have any pants on so it would have been a mess.

I’m definitely feeling better about our chance to repeat than after 2017. The team is younger and more all around talented. There’s also not an awkward QB situation.

The team is no doubt set up for success.  I expect Barkley to take a pretty big step backwards next season though with the amount of carries he got this season. I hope they prioritize a good veteran RB in FA or a relatively high pick on a RB (2nd or 3rd round).

Foles had the greatest game by an Eagles QB.....yes, Hurts is now the greatest QB in Eagles history.

Wentz backups.

Yeah Barkley having another 2,000 yard season just isn’t realistic.

I’m hoping he’s more involved in the pass game though. 1,400 yards rushing, 500-600 yards receiving. That’s the one area I’d like to see the offense improve in.

Can’t help but laugh about what’s going on in his brain right now.  Need to increase the therapy sessions to at least twice a week now. 😂😂

It is realistic. You’re just an idiot. 😘

They are very upset (still!) about the Bolton penalty on Barkley to give us a first down.

Oh and that Brown OPI was super legit per them too

These dorks make TATErs look like geniuses.

I want to stay up all morning, but gotta try and get some shuteye. The parade later this week, then Howie szn begins. Can't wait to see who he's able to bring back of the FAs and if he gives a big FU and goes out and gets Garrett.

Howie szn began quite a while ago.  Yesterday was a day off for him to celebrate.  He is at work as we speak.
